      10/24/2022 Attached to a ***** notice that I was receiving a package was a "reward" for being a good customer and answering a few questions in a "survey." It then asked me to identify a product that I had "won" and it would be sent to me when I paid the postage of $7.93. As it progressed through the attachments for my card info (for the postage) I noticed a small line that said "14 day trial." When I found the small link to the agreements, it stated that they would charge me $113.00 + after 14 days. I immediately called the number found on the info and an operator with a heavy accent and background noise answered. I could not make out anything she was saying and told her so also stating that I wanted to cancel the order immediately. I hung up. Today (10/27/2022) a package from them arrived and I've not opened it as I know it probably contains what I asked for (Smart watch). I need to send it back and cancel this ******** site!       Hello, I have received 3 packages in the mail which to my knowledge I did not order. I am guessing that my underage Grandson may have clicked on some type of solicitation on my iPhone. It appears that I am on some type of monthly purchase. The sender address is: NUTRAITION UNIT UNIT **** **************************************************************. The 1st item I received is some type of blue tooth device which I have left sealed in its box. I am not sure what the other 2 items are since I have left them in their shipping packages. There is nothing in the 1st package to provide any details for a customer service contact. I have also searched the internet for customer service contact details with no luck in find anything. I will be happy to return the 3 items and am looking for a refund plus the immediate stopping of any future shipments from NUTRAITION.

      The company did contact us & did a complete refund for all 3 items we were charged for.  They were actually very responsive once you had made contact with them even though they did not reference the BBB in our communications.
