      August *******/ for $****** which I did not order. I had ordered the same thing from Ship Joy which I was trying to ship back but could not find any information on That on cost me ****** and another ***** Tracking number for NUTRAITION **** ******************** 81 Tracking number for SHIP JOY **** ******************** 92 I JUST WANT MY MONEY RETURNED MY bank couldn't find anything on them. When I ordered the first one I thought it would only be $90.00 When I found that actual cost that's when I got my bank involved. I did open the first gummy pack and detox pill they did not work. I thought I was getting the ***** ********* mummy's but I got scammed

      I ordered 1 bottle of Keto Gummies. When I received the order there was not one but 7 bottles. 3 of some kind of detox which I did not order and 3 other of the gummies. I only ordered 1. There were 2 charges on my debit card. One for $59.85 and another for $199.85. This is plain robbery. These people are crooks.

      Cancelled a subscription using ************. Was told the subscription was cancelled but they could not refund the $$ because the product had already been shipped. Given a Reference #*******. Told to call when next shipment arrived and they would indicate how to return product and refund charge. Have made 5 calls to that number, left messages, no call back. Phone number on bottle of product (KETO+ACV) was called *************) and there were at least 7 promotion messages, then flipped to the first one again. There is currently a "pending" charge to my bank acct for $14.95. I will contact the bank about blocking this and further transactions, but there is still $159 and some change outstanding. I see many complaints about this company.

      I just received a package containing 5 bottles of Glyco Renew that I did not order. I do not want them and I do not want to be charged. Have not been able to reach a person to talk to about this shipment.

      On August 13, 2024 I purchased two bottles of Keto AVC. They gave me a third bottle for free. When I entered my credit card the total was $53.00. They billed me $159.85.After entering my credit card information, another window opened to try to get me to purchase another product. The only option on the page was to click Rush Order. Since I didnt want to purchase another product I closed the browser.I checked my bank account and saw that I was billed $159.85. I immediately called the number listed on my bank statement. I was told my information would passed on to the company. I called my bank the next day and submitted a claim.I received my order on 8/21/2024. I only received the 3 bottles that I agreed to purchase for $53.I did not receive a call back from the company.

      Re: pkg received from Nutraition *************************************************************** containing 5 bottles of vitamin gummy supplements. I did not order these. This is the 3rd pkg I've received and they're charging my credit card on the 12th of each month. The first pkg i opened not knowing what it was and then realized i didn't order it but couldn't send back since pkg was opened. I called my bank in July, told them i didn't order, filled out dispute form, asked to change card#, girl at bank forgot to close card. I received another shipment a few days ago. Checked bank acct. Charged again $199. Went to bank. Filled a dispute form. This time got new credit and debit cards. I did not order these pkgs of supplements. I order things thru amazon, **** and **** and wonder if they could have gotten my credit card# off Temu. Will not order from temu anymore. I think it's China located company.

      So $29.97 plus $20 will be deducted from the $99.99 I paid? Meaning I could only get about $50 back? Sounds like you don't stand by your product when customers don't get the results you advertise. First of all, I was told I would pay for 3 and get 2 free. Then I was NOT told I was charged $149.99 until I called to cancel, within 2 minutes of ordering. The person said the order was already in process so I couldn't cancel without a FEE!!! Then I asked how much the order was charged. Instead of buy 3 get 2 free, I was told I got charged about $30 for each 5!!! The order took about 2 weeks to come. Now you only want to refund less than $50!!! What a SCAM!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING YOUR COMPANY AND PURSUING FURTHER ACTION. UNACCEPTABLE!!! This company used ***** ******** name, I believe falsely. Making it seem like she lost all her weight using these gummies!
