  This company is a total fraud! Identity Services is one of several companies owned by the same person! Club Services, LLC is another one of those companies - also a total fraud! When I went through my bank statements, I noticed there were debit withdrawals that went back several months. I also noticed the debit checks had my first name spelled incorrectly! I canceled both so called services back on Nov. 02, 2023; but when I checked my account again, there were additional debits. On Dec. 29, 2023, I called to cancel the services a second time. Neither company had a record in their computer system that I'd previously called to cancel; AND they both gave me the same cancelation number. When I called back Identity Services, I was given a totally different number, and then the man got ***** with me and hung up on me. Lesson learned here ---- make sure to check your bank account daily, even if you've canceled with these jerks. My bank was able to get my money back to me this time, only because I'd called them the same day as when the debits hit my bank. My bank told me they cannot return the money to me if it's more than a day old. These people need to be put in jail! I won't even give them a one star rating.

  This “Identity Theft Protection” steals money out of checking accounts with counterfeit checks. The police, FBI, Federal Trades Commission, Department of Justice for over age 60 have all been notified. Company also owns 7 other businesses and two of the 7 also stole money out of my checking account with those counterfeit checks. I have NEVER heard of these companies before and I don’t see how HE got my account. Do not have anything to do with this company. Identity Services LLC They try to blame another company with the same name but this company uses hyphens ********************************** on their counterfeit checks. This company started with a $3.49 counterfeit check first then hit with 3 more checks at $34.99 each. Just from this one business my loss is $106.46. I have named the owner in all my reports he is not BBB accredited with ALERT on all 8 listed companies. ONCALL Health Group LLC also is at **** ******** ****** **** *********** ** ***** and he stole $59.90 using his counterfeit checks. His other company is Club Save LLC **** ***** ****** ***** *** ***** *********** ** **********. He stole $62.54 with his counterfeit checks. BEWARE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES “Club Mag LLC,” “Shop Now And Save Club LLC,” “Locked I.D. LLC,” “Premium Benefits LLC,” “AG Marketing LLC,” and “Savings Seeker LLC. He has been in business for over 5 years. Identity Services LLC has been on file with BBB since 3/10/2023, ONCALL Health Group LLC has been on file with BBB since 6/21/2023 and Club Save LLC has been on file with BBB since 3/3/2022. I do not understand why local law enforcement agencies haven’t shut him down and charge him for all the money he stole from many others. Beware of NCG, LLC they are a collection agency they have a debt harassment pending. The agencies have to identify themselves, give their address and their license number. They turned up after a couple of checks I got my money back, trying to collect my money they stole. Lawyer has this 1.

  This organization appears to be a collective group of thieves! They somehow acquire victim's information and proceede to bill their banking accounts, even going so far as creating their own checks with the victim's complete banking information! Having reviewed other victim's experiences with this group it appears efforts to actually cancel the "program" is a futile experience as the withdrawals simply continue. So I'm going straight to my bank for relief. Failing any help there I plan to visit with the FBI's consumer fraud division.

  My mother in law has had money being taken out of her account by this company and the three other companies owned by the same person ! She did not authorize any of these transactions. They say they have canceled the accounts but I see here there are multiple complaints on this company about them still deducting amounts from people's accounts !

  This company deducted 2 checks totalling over $60.00 from my checking account without my authorization. They alleged a third party authorized the deductions. I demanded they cancel the account immediately. Unauthorized charges on people's checking accounts are becoming a big problem nowadays.Banks should provide a computerized service for cancelling unauthorized deductions. To date if you get on one of these monthly "services" it is almost impossible to get off them. The banks could have a blocking service if they wanted to.

  This company took $3.49 out of my mother's account through a "check" they prepared on 07/06/2023, We both called them separately (I have a power of attorney for my mom) and was told she spoke with them on 07/05/2023, which she didn't. And she sure wouldn't give out her bank account information over the phone. My mother cancelled the "service" they said she signed up for, and I called to follow up. I asked what in the world could she have gotten for $3.49 and they said a trial subscription. The regular subscription would be $34 a month. I think they knew I was hot about this scam being perpetuated on people.

  I called this on June 28 seeking to cancel my account. I spoke with Dianna I told her i wanted to cancel my account, .she said they had sent a package to my home address,I told her i didn't want any thing from I.S.LLC she became upset because i would't wait for the package to cancel. She finally said she would cancel my account gave a cancellation number and told she email information. Two hours and i stiil hadn't received an email called Dianna back said she had sent email.I asked her to resend email again she said she had. She became very upset when i said i didn't get an email. confirmed she had my correct email address. Nevev got email from her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I beleive this a scam. Beware

  Currently on hold 30 minutes after calling for the 2nd time to determine what authorization was provided prior to draft from checking account. Shannando with Identity Services LLC indicated they received a mandatory verbal approval through a direct call on 05/19 at 7:43am. I requested to hear recorded authorization and have been placed on hold. This incident will be reported to local and state authorities due to theft of personal identifiable information.
