To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Identity Services LLC (***************************************************************). This company fraudulently withdrew funds from my account without my authorization and falsely claimed to represent Regional ********************** during our phone conversation.I never signed up for any services with this company. When I called to request cancellation, I was met with unprofessional and deceptive behavior. This company, Identity Services LLC, located in **********, has been making unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account since Feb 2023. I called them on 11/25/24 and spoke to a supervisor, ***. He claimed I responded to a post card in the mail in Feb, 2023, called them, and agreed to the purchase on the phone with a solicitor. This is preposterous. I have never nor would I ever, nor did I purchase this or anything like it over the phone. He said perhaps Ive forgotten. That is the *** answer they give to people in my situation on BBB and is blatantly a lie. They have literally written checks out of my account. Unfortunately, as with many of the other complainants, I wasnt keeping up with my checking account. He played a recording of my voice he said was from Feb, 2023 stating to an automated recording asking for my name, zip code, bank name and bank account number. There is not a recording of a person on the phone with me agreeing to the service. While it is my voice it does not state what Im supposedly signing up for. There is no mention of signing up for anything much less recurring. I dont know how they went about gathering my voice for that information or under what circumstances.Since then Ive discovered terrible reviews on BBB about this company with dozens of F and D complaints with the same exact issue.I have done a thorough search of my phone records and cannot find at anytime did I ever call them. I have searched my digital postal records and cannot find any record of a post card. He said theyd be willing to refund 3 months worth if the recurring charges and nothing more. I told him it was unacceptable.Their offer amounts to $104.97. I declined. I want the full amount of $702.38 that was stolen from me. I have also filed complaints regarding 2 other companies operating from the same address doing the same thing, Club ******** and ***********************. I am rejecting this response because: without knowing the amount of the refund I cannot accept this. Theyve already offered a 90 day refund which I declined. I need to see that the refund recovers what was fraudulently taken from me dating back to Feb 2023. Furthermore I will wait until the check clears. This company has a documented record of committing these same fraudulent acts and has dozens of F ratings and complaints exactly like mine on BBB. I dont trust anything they say.As for them canceling any future withdrawals I already closed the bank account. A real pain. But once again I dont trust this company that theyll do what they say.

After reviewing my monthly statement (***********) for August 2024. I asked my wife about her using my account and payments listed. My wife said no, she doesn't use checks. I closely looked at my statement and notice the strange numbers. I contacted (Truist) the bank and was asked to come in. Bank manager (******** *******) reviewed current and past checking statement from August 2024 back to June *********************************************** ******* traced where the checks were being used, withdrawn or deposited. The companies are Identity Services, LLC, On call ***************** and ************* (case was resolved with BBB of ************). I informed Truist that I never heard of any of the companies, didn't authorized anyone to withdraw anything from my account. ********************, LLC was withdrawing /depositing $34.99 from 6-28-23 to August 2024. ************ withdrew/deposited $29.95 from July 2023 to August 2024. I just checked my bank account and I notice there is a monthly payment going to Identity Services LLC and I did not authorize these payments. My husband *************************** was charged 24 transactions from IdentityServicesLLC and a companion company ClubSaveLLC between 6/21/2023 and 6/26/2024. The funds were drawn directly from his checking account at **** of America and were supposedly "pre-authorized." He did not intentionally sign up for any service from these two companies. This is a credit monitoring company the problem is I never signed up for and if hadn't noticed the charges on my account quickly it could have gone on a while. I do not wish any further dealings with them. When I contacted the business, they could not explain to me how my information was received by them or if they were affiliated with any of my credit cards or loans. February of last year I tried to open an account for energy with ******************** on behalf of the business i worked for part time, *************. During the phone call set up, I was asked to make a recording of the authorization for the account and was told we would have $100 towards our next energy bill. One year later, as we close the business, we see that charges accrued for various businesses we have no service from using my name, ***************************. I called the company Identity Services in **********, **. They stated we may have been forwarded to a promotions line and that the recording intended for energy, was being used for multiple businesses, by which we never received services. It appears three different businesses took approximately $1440, or about $120 per month total (about $30 per business per month). The rep from Identity Services said no one on our end ever activated any account, so no ******************** were ever tendered, however they have been pulling money regardless of service. As a former part time employee, the owner and full time employee never received anything in the mail regrading any of these services. According to the rep for Identity Services you can log into the online account to see nothing was ever activated or tendered. I placed a phone call on Thursday, March 7th at 9:15am to discuss this matter and a recording of this phone call can be obtained, as they record all phone conversations. The account is linked to Myshoppingbenefits.com. Apparently the phone number is the log in is **********, and the password is *****. I will not be logging in, but it can be viewed as inactive, and unredeemable. There are multiple statements that can be viewed, if we can request from owners ******** and ******************* of *************. I spoke with *****, the supervisor in customer service and the invoices i saw were #******, #******, & #******. All stating financial fees "authorized" by my name. I did not authorize anything other than ******************** and you can see by the inactivity we had no clue this was set up and pulling fees on a non-service.Business Response
