      Do not do business with this business! Its a scam!! My account was transferred to this company a month after purchasing my vehicle. I paid my vehicle off October 2024. I have called MAF for my title 4 times and they keep giving my the run a round. I still have not received my title!!! I made my payments on time every time. Give me my title!!!

      This company needs to be sued for fraud They play games with people's lives going around buying people's knots from car dealers and all of a sudden you have a new person to pay talked to them day one they asked about the vehicle I told them it's been in the garage and it's been there for months They were contacted by the dealership and refused to pay them to work on the vehicle!! you try and get to talk to a supervisor they patch you around for a hour then tell you to call back they are scammers now they just running interest up on the account and won't even call the dealership to get there vehicle that I gave back the plate a month ago investigate this company!!!!

      The lien on my car was sold to this company. I paid my car off in May 2024. They said they would mail me the title 30 days later but I never received the title. I never received any letters from them but they said they mailed the title June 10, 2024. My neighbor bought a car from the same company and had the same problem. She never got her title. They charge you $6 to process any form of electronic payment except autopay. Where does that money go? Not towards storing and mailing titles apparently. Terrible company.

      My contract was recently bought by Mid Atlantic Financial, and they have now told me I was behind by 3 payments, after giving them the payment history from the car lot where I was ahead of my payments. Called to make a payment and again they told me I owed three times more than my math said I was, after receiving an email stating they were crediting my account two of the payments, and when I asked to speak with my account manager I was placed on hold and told she was unavailable, I believe this is unprofessional and fraudulent behavior on their part. They are a collection agency that should not be allowed to by lians from anywhere. Further more you can get any information from the call center that is not in their scripted dialog cause if you persist with the same questions they will disconnect the call. ***** ( if that is truly her name) tried to chastising dialog to get me to pay 3× what I expected to pay several time. ( I regressed) finally I made one payment for her to tell me I am still behind. ****

      These people called me saying that I have an outstanding payment when their online portal is saying that I am all paid up. They are thieves and should be shut down.

      My account was sold to this company without my knowledge. I was still making payments to them buy here pay here dealership. The car dealer did not make the payment so this company repoed my car. I have been trying to get my car but they are consistently giving me the run around. This is my second time having issues with this dealership. They are not trying to help me get my car back

      I bought a vehicle from a buy here pay here not knowing my acct would be handed off to this company. They send emails when late but never did I expect to receive that email with hundreds of other acct holders on it. Hundreds of us were attached to that email so we all know each others personal emails. Not only did they send the email but they also tried to recall it as well. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! Not to mention breaching the privacy policy. I hope something gets done about this.

      I bought a vehicle from a buy here pay here then my account was sold to this company between both companies and 3 paper tags no one had title or paper work for me to get tags, now it shows the vehicle was paid off but nothing I can do with vehicle because no one has title nor will refund my money. This is a shame that companies do this to people and have no regards to fixing the issues they create for families.
