    This company just contacted my son AND daughter regarding a debt from over 2 years ago. I returned the call & was told I had ignored some letter I never received & they're "legal department" is threatening a lawsuit, garnishment extra fees, etc if I can't pay over $2800 today! The information they repeated back to me from their Asset recovery was completely incorrect or almost 30 years old. Strangely the phone numbers they are calling from do not belong to them either. (Hmmm??!) They are threatening to serve papers, etc by Friday if I don't set up a payment plan. As a former collections rep, I know my rights. It's downright extortion and illegal.

    I want them to STOP contacting myself and my younger son. This is NOT our debt. They are referencing my older son. He has NO collections either. This is harassment and illegal. If we get any more correspondence they will be sued.

    Been receiving calls from a ********************* with threatening nature to have someone show up and serve me papers for a debt that i have already taken care of, and have the paper work for. The person i spoke with is extremely rude, and apparently a very busy man as he says and does not understand anything i say because its not proper to him. Such as a payment plan. They refused to say who it was until i verified my social security number which i didnt, so he read it out loud to me and still didnt want to say who he was. Its a scam! I cant find anything online and called the owing company and they told me who they use and this is no one theyve heard of.

    The company called and left very demanding requests on my voicemail.This company started making several attempts to reach me, and they strongly suggest contacting us back today. They have called from several different numbers. They are calling relatives which is against the law, especially if you haven't been permitted to speak with them. Stop harassing people.

    This company is a total scam! Sent harassing text messages to me, my EX husband, son, and God knows who else for a false debt. They instantly start screaming at you! NO legitimate debt is handled this way. These people need to be shut down!
