    This number, ************, keeps calling me but won't state what company they are from. He stated in the voicemail that its in reference to a gun loan but I do not have a gun loan. They keep calling my family members and harassing them. They called one family member and stated that they are AA Recovery Solutions. But when I look the number up on ******, it does not give a company or anything. It says its a number on youmail. I want this number and fake company to stop calling immediately and stop calling my family members. Attached is a screenshot of my sister saying she received a call and how I somehow used her as a "reference"

    This company has been giving out my personal information and calling extended family members disclosing my information. I feel as though I have been harassed. They reached out to others prior to making contact with myself.

    This company has called me multiple times with threats. They have not provided me with any information. I would like everything in writing as I do not believe this is a valid debt that I owe them. I have not given any permission for any debt to be handled by them. They have contacted MINOR children in attempts to get information which I find to be heavily inappropriate and illegal. I would like the file to be placed under dispute and communication with any number they have to cease and desist immediately.

    This company has started harassing myself and my family. They call back to back. They are disrespectful and disclosing personal information. I advised them several times I do not have the account they are calling me about. I asked them not to call me and they continue todo so as well as contacting my family. I would like help in getting them to not have any further contact with myself or my family.

    This company is leaving messages telling me they have "legally required notice" that was delivered to me 30 days ago. (I haven't received anything). And that I have until the end of business to contact them before my paperwork leaves their office. (I thought you said it had already been delivered?) I have no knowledge of A&A recovery and the threats are completely unnecessary. They also called several family members back to back (one of which was my daughter) stating that they have legal paperwork to get to me. They are breaking so many laws in just a matter of a couple of minutes.

    These ignorant people keep calling family and harassing them and they do this every 2 to 3 years and always call saying there is a complaint filed against me and or some court matter but fail to tell me by who and or why. They are a scamming company that seem to target white people I have not received any written communication from this agency but continue to contact family members and friends and disclosuring my personal information. I owe nothing to this agency and I want them to stop harassing me in form of threats to family members that they will proceed with lawsuits. I want them to cease and desist from all communications. If they contact myself or family one more time I will get my attorneys involved

    **** continues to contact friends and family about an unknown debt asking for more information each time . This company has not contacted me once about this unknown debt but constantly harassing my family members. I filed a complaint and sent a cease and desist letter and they continue this behavior.

    I am filing this complaint against AA Recovery Solutions on behalf of ***** ****** for unprofessional and unethical conduct regarding a debt that has already been invalidated. Despite my prior communications disputing the debt and requesting validation in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), AA Recovery Solutions has continued to engage in harassment and privacy violations.Most disturbingly, they have contacted several of my family members and even personal friends about this supposed debt. These third-party contacts are not only embarrassing and distressing but are also clear violations of my rights under the ****** Debt collectors are not permitted to disclose debt information to third parties without the debtor's consent. These actions amount to a serious breach of privacy.I have not received proper documentation validating the debt despite my request, and AA Recovery Solutions has offered no justification for these inappropriate third-party contacts.Desired Resolution:I request that AA Recovery Solutions immediately cease all communication with any third parties regarding this matter.I demand a written apology for the distress and privacy violations caused by these actions.I also request documentation proving the legitimacy of the alleged debt, as required by law, if they believe any debt is still owed.If no such documentation can be produced, I request formal written confirmation that the matter is closed and will not be pursued further.I reserve the right to pursue further legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly and appropriately.

    AA Recovery Solutions began servicing this matter on 5/9/2025. **** began contact on this file on 5/13/2025. Any previous contact attempts would have been from a previous company servicing this matter. After review, the messages left did not disclose any information in reference to the matter we were servicing. We acknowledge that you do not wish to receive any further contact from our office. This matter has been placed under Cease and Desist and we will no longer attempt contact on this matter going forward. We sincerely apologize if this had caused any distress, our office was unaware that there was a previous dispute on this matter.

    Agency states they know my address yet I have not received any written communication from this agency. They continue to call and harass family members and friends and are disclosing my personal information. This agency is not listed on my credit report as a collections account, so without a debt verification letter in writing, I owe nothing to this agency. I want them to stop calling and harassing me in form of threats to myself and family members that they will proceed with lawsuits. I want them to cease and desist from all communications. I will be sending a physical cease and desist letter to their listed business address as well.
