On 11/20/2024 Savers Club LLC (Account #******** wrote a check (Check #:490360) in the amount $41.27 to themselves out of my checking account. I never subscribed to this entity. I have never heard of this company before and have not conducted any business with them. I did not authorize the withdrawal. I want my money reimbursed asap.Business Response

When I called the number on the check it stated that I already called and cancelled. I did cancel but it was for a different company and different phone number. I never signed up for this and never authorized this company to cash a check on my behalf. they could not help me with a refund as they said my account is closed and to wait and see what amount I get back in 5 weeks. There was a check written on my bank account on November 5 for $41.27. I never subscribed to this entity. I believe this was a direct result of my interaction with Idguardllc which I have an existing BBB complaint against: #******** Idguardllc is the only company that has my bank information and they seem to be affiliated with Savers club.Business Response

I discovered 4 fake unauthorized checks on my monthly mailed bank statement. 1 of the checks was for Savers Club LLC. My last name is misspelled in the upper left corner on the photo of the check. The check did not resemble my actual bank checks and my bank was not listed on this check. I have called my bank and also the phone number listed for this business. They gave me a hard time about closing this. I told them I did not authorize either of these withdrawals. I have also entered a complaint on this BBB site about an unauthorized withdrawal in the same manner by ************ (1 check withdrawal) and ************* (2 check withdrawals). All 4 of these checks that were listed on my bank statement (along with copies of actual checks I wrote) have the same incorrect name spelling in the upper left hand corner. On 10/30/2024 this company Savers Club LLC wrote a check in the amount of $41.27 to themselves out of my checking account. I have never heard of this company before and have not conducted any business with them. Based on the large number of complaints, they are doing this to alot of people. Upon reviewing my checking account I discovered an unauthorized withdrawal in the amount of $41.27 (on 9/23/2024) in the form of a check issued to Savers Club LLC. I contacted Savers Club LLC via phone and asked for an explanation and was just given the run around. I never heard of this company before discovering the unauthorized charge and never requested any product or service. I also never received any confirmation by email or postal mail that I actually requested their products or services. I asked them to cancel whatever service/product they claim I requested and refund the money they took from my account, but they refused.Business Response

This company Savers Club was able to fraudulently obtain my checking account info. and withdraw money (*****) from my account without my approval. They provide no service and when contacted they offer no explanation, this will force me no cancel my checking account. They also have a company called ID Guard which also hacked my checking account and withdrew $44.99 on a monthly basis, since April. I am rejecting this response because:My fifth third ****** has proof that this is a scam company, I have never agreed to anything that is the day after that the company in the post card above scammed me saying I will be getting $100 sent to my banking account, so they recorded me saying my name, birthday, social security number, banking account and routing number, address, phone, etc. *********** is a scam and my bank can get my money back yes but it will take up to 6 months.
