This business and ID guard have been fraudulently pulling checks from my account for over 6 months. I did not sign up and this is causing a massive disruption to my financials. How this has not been addressed up this point is absurd. I would like a refund of all charges, from both companies. On June 25th, I received an alert from my bank stating that someone attempted to cash a check for $31.27. I called my bank and I was told that it was from Savers Club LLC. I do not have any active subscriptions or accounts with **********************, and I suspect that this was attempted fraud. The transaction did not go through as the account was empty at the time, but I want to ensure that they are no longer allowed to do this as this was not an authorized transaction. On 06/23/2025 I was charged by "Savers Club LLC", a company I have never been in contact with, and quite frankly, never heard of. After doing some research on them, they have a track record of creating false charges against people. I have never worked with them, and they are getting preauthorized checks to my bank charging me for $41.27. Truly unbelievable.Business Response

Savers Club LLC fraudulently took money out of my bank account without permission. My husband was trying to open a business bank account and called what he thought was our bank (Navy Federal) but was these people instead. They asked him to confirm his bank account information so he gave it to them. They tried to get him to sign up for all kinds of services and he repeatedly told them no he just wanted to open a Navy Federal business bank account. Then today we logged into our accounts to see 2 digital checks that posted to our account yesterday. One was for $41.27 to Savers Club & the other was to ID Guard for $3.49. All in all, these people pretended to be our bank, got our information, and then used it to pay themselves even though my husband told them multiple times he was just trying to reach somebody with our bank to open a business account & didn't want any extra services. This is misrepresentation and fraudulently charging a bank account. We have disputed the charges with our bank. They are conducting an investigation & will decide if it warrants a criminal complaint as well.Business Response

On March 27, 2025 I was charged $3.39 via Electronic check by ID Guard. I called the number listed on the check. I was told it was a saving club. I expalained I thought I was calling the *** and did not intend to sign up for this. I was told the subscription was cancelled and there was nothing further needed. I have since been charged $41.27 in April and May under the name SaversClub. I called to cancel again and get a refund for the amounts charged. I was once again told it was cancelled and I would not get a refund for the months prior.
