    I purchased weight loss gummies from this company on 2/3/24. It advertised buy one at $69.99 and get one free. I was then offered an additional product at checkout for an additional $60.00 which I did not opt to purchase. I immediately upon purchase received a fraud alert from my bank which thankfully prompted me to check my account. There were two pending charges, one for $129.99 and another for $60.00. First, I have no idea where the $129.99 came from as the item I actually purchased was $69.99. The item I did not purchase was added as well. I immediately responded to the confirmation Biolyte sent which included an option that stated please cancel. This was within the first five minutes of ordering. Today, Monday, 2/5/24, I received a response from Biolyte apologizing that I want to cancel my order and unfortunately it has already been sent to the fulfillment center and is being processed. My account has been charged this exorbitant amount of money. This is a deceptive business practice and I responded and advised I suggest they contact the fulfillment center and let them know to stop fulfilling my order as I want this money back in my account today or I was reporting them. They said I would need to wait for the item to be delivered and they can send me instructions for a return. This is unacceptable when cancellation was requested within five minutes. They are deceptive and fraudulent. Beware people.

    I order one time and for some reason they continue delivering for the past almost 2 years am trying to find out. How can I get in touch with them there is no way try too many times. I want my money back and to cancel this.

    I bought a product from this company. I was unsatisfied. Before I was able contact for a refund the company charged me a second time. No information I ever received had any refund policy nor did anything state I would automatically be charged a second time for a new shipment I did not want. I called my back to cancel my card when my card was charged without my authorization. A representative from my back joined me on a call with this company to negotiate a refund peacefully. After this was negotiated they had me return the unwanted second shipment of their product at my expense before they would issue me a check. I was promised a refund in two parts. The first check did not come and took MONTHS of me calling them to finally come through. The second check was promised to come shortly after but did not. I called so many times and each time they said it was on its way and to check my email. The check never came. To my utter frustration I have been dealing with this for well over a year now. I feel lied to, violated, and robbed. This company lies and takes advantage of people. All I have been given is run around to get money they should never have taken in the first place (not to mention the original purchase for which I was seeking a refund). Now they just refuse to refund me all together. They say the can only process one refund check but I was promised that second one because they insisted on sending me partial payment and then sending me the second check. Its like they intentionally do this so people will give up because its such a hassle of something. This is straight up theft.

    Biolyfestore appeared on my credit card statements as a recurring bill; however, I had no prior knowledge of this business, nor have I purchased any items from them. I was charged the following amounts on the following dates: 6/25- $60.00 6/25- $199.99 7/31- $199.99 9/2- $199.99 10/15- $199.99.I contacted my credit card company to alert them of fraud as I have never ordered anything from this company and did not authorize Biolyfestore to make any charges to my credit card account. I do not know how they obtained my credit card information as I am the only authorized user on my credit card account. My credit card company has closed the account; however, I have not been refunded the money that Biolyfestore charged to my account without my permission. I would like BBB to investigate and I would like all monies I was charged to be refunded to me ($859.96). I would also like the company to issue an apology for the fraudulent activity incurred on my account.

    My husband visit their website on ******** for some CBD gummies. It was a total of six bottles. The website said it was ****** and then $60 charge also for something and then later found out that it was a subscription and then every month they were going to charge $****** $****** so I called and canceled it on 712 and also disputed charges on my discover card. They won the case because they sent paperwork stating my husband's sign something on ******** and that said that he was allowing them to charge him $400. That was only half the amount they were charging the first month and then half on the second. It wasn't stated on the website on ******** at all about that and then when I called to cancel they said to wait that more bottles are on their way so I can send them back to get the refund for ****** which wasn't true. so now I disputed with my card and now they're they're not going to give me my refund for the ****** that's not right and then they sent me documents and papers for something. It wasn't even the dispute information. It was about blood sugar pills and capsules

    Order # 7CD48A1596 Received product that I did not order. On June 17, 2023 was looking at products from website which i noticed on Instagram. My credit card ending in ***** was charged $199.99 and $60.00 inadvertently. I was interested in a totally different product with a lower price!! I was unable to cancel transaction on their crooked website!! After communicating with company i sent the product back to their P.O. Box at my own expense!!! i having emails to verify this transaction. They did receive their product back. I called the company several times at their toll free number ****************) and at ********************** to request refund to my credit card used for purchase. They claim to be unable to comply I contacted my credit card company OPEN SKY GOLD ***** to unlock my credit profile which i had locked to prevent any additional fraud. I am requesting the company to re-issue my refund totaling $259.99 to my credit card ending with *****.

    On 5/19/23, I viewed an ad by Biolyfe for a product that stated it would be beneficial for those with COPD, which I have. I am at stage 4, so thought it would be worth a try, so I ordered the least amount of product for $39.99. once I ordered my payment information, another screen appears about a CBD capsule. There was no option to decline or ignore. Then I received a confirmation that showed I ordered 5 bottles for $199 and the capsules were an additional $60. I immediately contacted them to cancel and asked why it was much more than I actually wanted. I was told that they list the cheaper product price to show how customers can save by purchasing the larger package. I was then offered a discount, but I told them that my intention was to try the product and that is why I specifically ordered the minimum. I then figured that I had no choice but to contact my credit card company to file a charge dispute. I contacted the merchant again and told them I would send the unopened package back to them and wanted a full refund. They told me that since I contacted my credit card, that it was out of their control. The $199 & the $60 charges have since gone through and they have gotten their payment. Again, I have told them that I want a full refund and will send the unopened package back. I was told that they can provide no more information. My only monthly income is $900 SS. I have researched this company and this senerio has happened to a whole lot of others. Attached is my order and other corespondence.

    Cancelled the subscription service ****** on Jan12, 2023; returned the product and Biolyfe received it back Feb 8, 2023. Have called Feb 10, Feb 21, Mar 7, emailed Mar 14, called 5/23 and still do not have the credit for the product that was returned in Feb. Gave me a case number C0759D4FF6. Just trying to get my money back on product they they have confirmed they did receive back.

    Original order placed 5/14/23, DID NOT provide an order total just price/bottle with free bottles, according to price per bottle total should have been $130. Received email with order confirmation and a total of $260 being charged. IMMEDIATELY called to cancel. Company refused to cancel but offered 50% refund. Accepted. At no point during call or email was there EVER a mention of it being a monthly recurring subscription service. Got product doesnt provide any health benefits it claims to offer. Today 6/21 a charge is pre authorized for $99.98 at 10:59 AM GMT placed a call to ************ at 2:55 PM Est requesting the order be cancelled. Representative refused to cancel offered option for a partial refund. Called again at 3:03 pm est was again told it couldnt be cancelled, requested a supervisor there were none available. Then called PayPal to dispute the charged. Was advised I couldnt dispute because it was only a pre authorization. They were unable to cancel from their end. Couldnt open dispute until it actually charged. Again called the company at ************ at 3:35 PM est. Explained that the charge could be cancelled and requested to speak with someone that could cancel it. Was again offered a partial refund. Requested once again to speak with a supervisor, was told none available, if I changed my mind and wanted the partial refund to call back but they would be disconnecting the call and the agent hung up. At this time 4:32 PM est the charge is still in PENDING Status and is only a pre authorization, the product has not been shipped. I want my money refunded IN full and any further charges from this company to be cancelled immediately.

    Two fraudulent charges appeared on my bank account from "********************** N" with the phone number ************, based in *******. One charge was for $199.99 and the other for $60.00. Both appeared on my account on 6/14/23. When I look online that company appear to sell keto gummies. I have never ordered any products from this company ever. I just want to report this because this company is scamming people with this practice. They should be shut down for infiltrating people's bank accounts and fraudulently posting charges!!! I filed a dispute with my bank and luckily the amount was credited back to my account.
