I signed up for a limited trial. Received an email saying if I didnt cancel within a week, I would be charged weekly for the service. I went to go cancel, but the cancellation page does not exist. I subscribed to see the results of the online test results, as it is the only way to get them. They dont have any working way to cancel your subscription, so it just keeps charging your account. I consider this stealing because they have no way for the customers to stop the service when wanted.Business Response

Was charged $.50 to get my test results and went to cancel the "subscription" but it will not allow me. I got an email saying they were going to charge me $12.99 a week until I cancel. The link on the website to cancel the subscription does not work and the link to get access to the customer service does not work. EVERY OTHER LINK ON THEIR WEBSITE WORKS! ABSOLUTE SCAM! On Feb. 20, 2025, I took a personality test. I had to pay .99cent to get the results. It was for a 7 day trail. Well after the first day I have been trying to cancel the subscription and everything I try is not successful. I cant get thru and they keep charging my account the ***** weekly at one point it declined but once there was money in my account they started charging me again. I just want it cancelled and to stop charging me.Business Response

This company: Love Strive Us I have only agreed to a $.99 for their website. They will not answer regarding cancelation for a service I did not agree to.They continue to charge my bank account and I can't get them to stop.They have now charge me $39.99 (for which I did not agree to) four months in a row. I entered into a trial. Period with love. Strive and canceled within their three day. Period with their cancellation chat however I have been charged now ***** for their services. I was illegally charged for a subscription that I never authorized. I have tried to reach out to their customer service for weeks and the links are all dead, there is no phone number to call, and their email is a fake. This is a scam! I want every cent refunded immediately but there is no company to reach out to - this is fraud! Do not use - stay away. This is a foreign bot that is a scheme.Business Response
