I paid $1 to take a test and then they have been charging my card with 8 separate $9.99 charges and 3 $27.00 charges. I didnt sign up for the subscription and they have now taken $161.92. I was charged by Love Strive an initial $ .99 to take a test and was told a subscription would be charged if I didn't cancel. My plan was to cancel but all links are dead and there is no way to contact anyone regarding canceling my subscription. I have been charged $12.99 , 6 times over the past two months and want my money refunded and subscription cancelled immediately!Initial Complaint

I paid $.99 for a test. Ive been subsequently charged $12.99 EVERY week for seven weeks since 4/29/2025. They make it impossible to cancel. If you click any links to attempt to cancel, it tells you that your phone or computer doesnt allow it.Business Response

I signed up to take a test for $ 0.99 on 2/14/25 with plans to cancel any subscription right after. When I tried to reach out to cancel, there was no option to contact them and the customer service link was inactive. Their mailing address is not legitimate, it comes up as a shipping warehouse when searched. I have tried to cancel several times without success and have now been charged weekly for a service I do not use. I have never used this service since doing the one test, thus I would like a full refund.Business Response

I went on the website and paid $1 to obtain test results for a one week subscription (which would increase your *****/month thereafter). Rather than incurring fees in a week, I Immediately tried to cancel subscription and they have a fake mailing address, physical address and a no reply email and the customer service button DOES NOT WORK. Ive spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription so I am not charged weekly or monthly.Business Response
