    Originally called Casey's at 11:41 AM 12/31/21 to have what I thought was repair done to my damaged backflow. I was told by Gina that I needed to pay 50 dollars to have an "estimate" done and they would call me with the price. I asked Gina when the person would be out, she stated within the hour hopefully but it is not guaranteed which I understood. There hours are 9-3:30 pm M-F I called, at 2:50, 3:07, 3:23 and was not able to speak to anyone about the status of the driver. I called the after hours number twice after 3:30 only to be declined and sent to voicemail where I was unable to leave a message due to the mailbox being full. As of 3:45 no one had shown up to do my estimate and called an emergency service to have the repair completed. I called at 4:04 pm on 12/31 to leave a message to be called back today 1/3 to have my 50 dollars refunded. I received a phone call from their office manager today 1/3 at 1:19pm that they completed the estimate at 4 PM on 12/31. Between 3:45 and 4:04 no one showed up at my home to provide the estimate as I was watching from my front door the whole time. I was also told that Gina lied to me and did not state someone would be at my home within the hour. As referenced above she stated that they would "try" but not guaranteed and the office manager got argumentative with me when I tried to further explain. She also stated it was not standard business practice to call clients ahead of time when they are providing a service. I asked Gina if this could be done as a courtesy as well and stated as such due to the possibility of me not being home and wanting to speak to the plumber. Again the office manager got argumentative with me. They stated they were going to refund me my 50 dollars "as a courtesy" even though the estimate was completed, which it was not. I was told to wait 3-5 business days to receive my funds and stated I would reach out if I had not received them. I was told, "I'm sure you will" and they hung up.

    I had them out to check the backflow. A few days later it is leaking very bad. I called them and they stated that they could come out to look at it after I paid for a repair. Then they told me that it will be several weeks before they can come out.I would never recommend them to anyone and will dispute the bill for caus=ing the leak.

    ******************** was unhappy that his backflow was leaking. An incorrect assumption was made that a backflow test can cause a leak. It was explained that a backflow test cannot cause a leak as there is no disassembly or manipulation of the device during the test. The office representative tried to ascertain which backflow was leaking (as he has two different models on the property). ******************** was unwilling to assist in this matter. Generic repair options were supplied, this did include a non-emergency (30-day) response. However, this is not the only repair option offered. As repairs are commonly not paid for on time or at all, company policy dictates that we take payment upfront to place anyone on the schedule. ******************** was also unhappy with this payment policy and elected to use another company.
