  Not helpful. Refused to go into the house and around the house after stating they stated that the irrigation timer was set for too long and there was a drip at the valve. I feel this was a total disservice, considering after the change of the timer and the repair of the valve, the water bill was still tremendously high. When I called I was told that they found a drip, refused to check the rest of the house. In fact, when I stated that they did not check throughly before, they said it would be another full service charge for them to come back. After this, their employee offered to come out on the side for a lesser amount of money.

  We received a notification of your complaint from BBB and immediately tried to reach you by phone. We left a voicemail to get more information regarding the situation (as it has been over nine months since we completed the inspection, and we have been waiting to hear from you since then). Given that we have not been successful in speaking with you recently, we are unsure of who you talked to who offered to come back at a discount, but we cant find anything in our computer system that shows you spoke with anyone in our office since our initial visit.   Wow! ***** was great! Efficient, professional, and honest! He found the leak within 30 minutes and he put a temporary patch on it for us. He was wonderful!!!

  Sleuth responded quickly to our needs with courtesy and professionalism. The Field Technician that hey assigned was neat, highly knowledgeable and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of leak detection service. Their fee was also very reasonable for the service that they performed!!

  On Feb 23 ********************* came to our home to inspect for suspected water leaks and resulting mold infestation. We found him to be extremely professional, thorough, courteous and personable. We would definitely use him again if the need arose and would highly recommend him to anyone we know needing similar services.

  What a pleasant, informative service person, Bobby J*******. He was on time as well. Within 10 minutes he had the leak identified. I wish all of my service calls went so smoothly. I highly recommend Sleuth if you have a water leak. I don’t know if it is possible to request a specific person. If it is possible, you won’t be sorry if you request Bobby.
