5 starsI got an insane water bill and it was suggested that there was a leak somewhere in my house or in the backyard. I contacted sleuth and they sent ***** over to find the problem. He is a real pro and was able to detect the problem, his prices were fair and they got the job done in just a few hours. Now I am having a plumber come over and fix the leak. When you have a leak, Call sleuth and have ***** come over and fix your problem. These guys know what theyre doing and theyre honest, the best in Naples!Review fromBA B

5 stars**** was very helpful and professional. The leak was very beer the slab and difficult to find. **** even sat by the wall and waited for over an hour for the water to start coming up the slab and out the wall as the water was coming out intermittently and did not make sense. Nevertheless, he came out several times and immediately responded to all my texts and phone calls. He was able to locate the leak in the den and the plumber was able to repair it. Not helpful. Refused to go into the house and around the house after stating they stated that the irrigation timer was set for too long and there was a drip at the valve. I feel this was a total disservice, considering after the change of the timer and the repair of the valve, the water bill was still tremendously high. When I called I was told that they found a drip, refused to check the rest of the house. In fact, when I stated that they did not check throughly before, they said it would be another full service charge for them to come back. After this, their employee offered to come out on the side for a lesser amount of money.
