    Random call and letter on the same day about a incident that happened a year ago Their info was incorrect. Had completely wrong date of incident and was rude and tried to over talk me on the phone. Plus the amount of unbelievable high and I just don't trust it. Everybody scamming nowadays

    I have recently had to deal with this company, and I have to say I have never felt need to check and see if a lawyer group was legitimate. I got into an accident a while ago, parking brake failed and it rolled and it a parked car. Douglas began calling me a couple weeks ago demanding payment for the damages of the persons car or risk having my license suspended. I'm nothing if not accountable of my actions, and I told them I would be willing to pay with payments plans, even get a second job to be able to help me do it. I explained to them that with this second job, i have a limited window to freely speak on the phone, but not only did the person I spoke to, Ms Becky, change the date we agreed on to make the initial payment, they have (what I can only call) been dodging my calls left and right, making sure to call me during the hours I specifically stayed I would be at work. Even today, when I was off, i called them numerous times, leaving several voicemails as well. How can you be unavailable to take my calls all day, but have time to send me an email in the same day threating to not only take legal action, but stating that you will push for your client to take legal action on me. I have been trying to get this taken care of because even though the accident happened due to faulty equipment, an accident happened. What am I supposed to make of a company that would rather dodge calls only to then play strong are and make threats?!
