      Random call and letter on the same day about a incident that happened a year ago Their info was incorrect. Had completely wrong date of incident and was rude and tried to over talk me on the phone. Plus the amount of unbelievable high and I just don't trust it. Everybody scamming nowadays

      I got into a car accident as of July 25,2022, the car I didnt even hit but was involved by getting hit by the person I rear ended. Theyre Subrogation Specialist- ********************* with Douglas Knight, I gave him a call when I saw the letter just trying to cooperate in paying what I can give so I can just give money for what was done and he asked for more than what I could pay. This was a couple weeks back when I called and he wanted to see paystubs and my info financially. Ive been working, I take care of my grandma but that doesnt help. I cant afford what theyre asking but they just will continue to want just the money. He sent an email just stating there will be legal actions involved and I just feel threaten and I think this is considered harassment on their end. I would like to cooperate with someone else cause I just dont feel the need to call someone thats gonna be rude. Im not sure what to do at this point, ** on my own right now and this is a big situation and Im stuck. I just feel disrespected.

      I've been trying my best to work with the company to get my bill paid off. By far the most unprofessional group of people I have had to deal with. Your site reads "highly professional staff" and I have yet to receive that either over the phone or through email- rude, condescending, threating behavior. 2 months past due and trying to make arrangements to get it caught up and they won't let me. I said I will make the payment on September 1, 2023, of $200 and pay the month of September on the 15th; Then I would be caught up. ******- supervisor as she identified tells me I need to pay the whole balance because she doesn't like the way I'm talking to her and the fact that I'm calling to make a complaint on ***** because she will not accept my payment of $200 on the 1st. She states to me that she doesn't need to provide customer service because that's not her job. It's also not her job to work with anyone on payment arrangements. So instead of helping, ****** and ***** both retaliate against me by placing a suspension on my license and told me I need to pay the remaining balance of 2,***.00 which I don't have. ****** then goes on to tell me she will no longer take my call and she will take my call at tax time when I have the full amount then proceeds to hang up the phone on me. As stated above I am trying to pay my bill and have some type of arrangement in place to make up the past due balance of $200. This is unacceptable and to treat people as such is ridiculous. Moving forward I do not want this company calling my cell, I do not want to deal with ***** or ****** moving forward. I will continue to make my payment of $100 through the portal until its paid off.

      Got overcharged over 4 years ago for $5000 and license suspended. Made arrangement to pay off @ $100 per month, never missed a payment or late. Down to last payment and received nasty email threatening to suspend my license again even though it`s nowhere near due. I think it`s very unprofessional and shows the type of business this really is.

April 14,2023 I was not living there anymore I have been living in my new home since Feb 2023 so I dont no how they received my number or why they are calling leaving me a message I will not be returning there call and I will be blocking them on my phone

      Per our client records ****************** still resided at the **** ***************** address and refused to allow a property manager to gain access to her unit to help stop a leak coming from her unit that was affecting other units. Due to her refusal to cooperate in this matter based on this complaint, we have closed our claim so that our client may proceed accordingly.

      *************************** I reached out to the landlord when this happened and he said he was going to fix the heat and hot water I have text messages informing him I this situation and he ignored my request. The landlord assaulted me and this matter is being held in court.

       

      I meant that he was not going to fix this issue I had to call the city inspector on him

      I keep getting threatened emails about a accident i never been in . I called the insurance they claim to be collecting and they had no claim under my name . They have no evidence besides someone claiming to be my aunt giving them my name and my dads name . My dad is the only kid so that's a lie .

      Our office is attempting to recover a subrogation insurance claim where our clients insured was the victim of damages to their vehicle as a result of a hit and run loss. The police report provided has a witness who identified ************************* as the driver of the suspected vehicle. Our file is now closed.

      I am rejecting this response because: someone giving the police my dads name saying it was me but didn't know nothing about me or my car besides my name . Police report literally said they went by my house several times and couldn't locate this mystery car that been in a accident. Thats not credible or enough evidence to put a hit or run on someone and I have stated time after time . I have never been in no hit and run . It was stated there was no other witnesses the police report is inconclusive. I would've been charged with a hit and run and my license would've been suspended ... IF there was enough evidence to connect me to the accident . Stop harassing me and emailing me threats trying to collect a debt that doesn't belong to me .

      My son was involved in a minor fender ****** resulting in a 7 inch dent from behind the driver's side front wheel fender into the driver's door of the other car. My insurance company, due to a computer glitch, said they were not covering that one vehicle out of the 5 we had on the policy. This was due to us switching out one vehicle for another. The billing department was charging for the right number of cars, but the information was not in the coverage system. The issue arose when Douglas Knight and Associates determined that the rust damage on the rear, the passenger side and previous accident damage were all incorporated into Thai 5 mph glancing touch. They ran an asset search on me and determined that I was someone they could really s**** over because an airplane shows up under my name. This particular airplane is a pile of scrap I purchased to use as a guide to build parts out of my patented composite material. Anyway, we settled with them for over 4 thousand on the issue. Now almost a year later they are trying to come back at me for thousands more for "medical bills". The person in question was not injured in any way. I know this because it happened right in front of the house and I was able to get to the accident site within minutes. Douglas Knight refuses to provide any proof of the medical bills, and is threatening to get my driving privileges revoked unless I pay. My background:. I am a disabled veteran who has not been able to work for over 3 years now due to my legs. We put the first "settlement" on a credit card and are still paying that off in small payments. There is no more blood to drain from this particular stone.

      ************** son was involved in a collision with our client's insured for which he was not insured. It was NOT a minor fender ******, as it resulted in over $6100.00 in property damages. ************** executed a promissory note for the property damages and did indeed complete his payment arrangement for those damages. Unfortunately, there were also, regardless of his observations, $6470.00 in medical and Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury payments made to my client's insured. We are currently reviewing the matter for litigation as neither ************** nor his son are forthcoming with payment.

      Douglas Knight and Associates has sent me letters regarding an accident that I didn't cause back in October of 2021. They requested that I made a payment otherwise my license would get suspended and it did. I contacted the person who was involved with the accident and they told me they hadnt made any claims against me. Since they had cause the accident they gave me the information to their insurance company and said they had not filled anything either. I am requesting my name and my sister who was the owner of the vehicle to be removed from their files and for my license to be reinstated. I am currently deployed in the military so i cant physically do anything about this and i dont want it to be an issue when i get home. The accident was not my fault and the person involved in the accident said they would take care of their damages since they caused it. I am not sure why this is happening.

      This matter is an insurance subrogation claim where our client determined that *************************** (********) was the at fault party in an automobile collision. It was determined that he was also uninsured for this loss. A request was made to the *** of Wisconsin for the suspension of his driving privileges, and those of the vehicle owner. Those suspensions were granted. Should **************** wish to make payments to assist in obtaining a conditional release for his driving privileges, we will gladly assist him in doing so. Both he and the vehicle owner have our contact information.

      The way that the ladies there conduct business is not professional at all. They constantly make threats and send nasty emails. I feel There's a better way to address people. Have respect regardless of the issue. Customer service is trash and they shouldn't even still be in business. Continuing to keep running my card after an agreement was signed and a date to remove the money from my account THAT THEY FAILED TO DO ON THE DATE THE DOCUMENT WAS SIGNED AND NOTARIZED FOR. Now they're sending threatening emails telling me I better pay or they're going to suspend my license. For one don't even have license for 2 y'all missed missed the payment not me y'all failed to debit the money out the account for the date agreed. You can't expect someone to do something for you and you're threatening them.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/10) */ Ms. ******* signed an auto deduct form to have payments come out on the 25th of each month starting 4-25-2022. We entered the information into the credit card system on 4-13-2022 ( which is when we received the form to process via email from Ms. ******* ) for a 4-25-2022 start date. Then Ms. ******* also went online to our website on 4-23-2022 and submitted an additional payment. The auto deduct payment attempted to draft as it was scheduled to per the form she turned in, and it was declined for NSF. The web payment was intended for March's payment per files note history on 4-8-2022 and also 4-13-2022. There were no threats. Ms. ******* was simply advised of the ramifications of non-payment. Ms. ******* is aware of this as we originally requested the state of Oklahoma suspend her license for driving without insurance. We have no desire to contact Ms. *******. They have signed and notarized agreement and they keep giving me the run around and won't release my license. 1st they said I had make a payment on the signed date. They said THEY would remove the payment each month from my account and failed to remove the money on the date signed for. 3 weeks later they're saying go make a payment on the site and provide further information. I expected Them to stick to the agreement that is signed and notarized. They failed to do so. I made a payment that was missed yesterday and called to see when my license would be released since they claimed I had to make the missed payment before they would release my license. Called today and now it's you have to make another payment before you will get your license back. At this point I'll be calling my bank to dispute the charges. This agreement hasn't gotten me anywhere. They failed to live up to the agreement and keep giving me the run around. They threaten me every other day when first of all you can't take what I dont have And 2nd of all you're scamming.       I was involved in a traffic incident - act of God, blowing a roof off my slide-in truck camper. Ashley and Melissa continually call and threaten and harass me even after connecting Douglas Knight with my insurance provider. Douglas knight acts on behalf of ******* Insurance, i dont know why they contact me directly. They threaten to have my driver's license revoked, they threaten to sue for damages.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/22) */ Mr. **** was the owner/driver of a vehicle which did not have a sufficiently secured camper shell. That shell came off of his vehicle and caused damages to our clients insured. Damages in the amount of $4568 were incurred by our client. ******** was provided as Mr. ***** insurance carrier. ******** in turned issued a letter to our client denying the claim. It was originally thought to be a coverage denial, but was actually a liability denial. Once that was clarified, no contact was made with Mr. **** and we are negotiating with ********* Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The first lie in their response is they didnt make direct contact with me, even after. After several direct calls screen shot provided from them directly, i finally got from them an email - screen shot provided - with their threats and harassment in writing. Second lie - the denial letter they speak of is attached as a PDF. It simply states ********* my insurance provider, in conjunction with ******* - their client, found I was not at fault, there is insufficient evidence. Therefor a denial. Nothing related with improper coverage, which is also a lie. Third lie - Knight & Associates faulty presumption my slide in truck camper wasn't tied down correctly. They are ignorant and bigoted. The rooftop was correctly tied down. As the policeman and fireman on scene cited - an act of God. Fourth lie - it was a slide in pop top truck camper, not a camper shell.
