    I have been using JiffyShirts for some time, but with this incident I will no longer be shopping at JiffyShirts. I ordered shirts, DTF Transfers and UVDTF Gang Sheets, however I only received shirts and the DTF transfers. I never received the Gang Sheets and it took a long time to get any customer support. So I had to order the Gang Sheet from another store so that I can complete a customer order. Since I never got a response I had filed a charge back with my credit and only than which was two weeks later did JiffyShirts finally respond to me. Two weeks is unacceptable, and I can't rely on this type of customer support when I have customer orders myself to fulfill. My chargeback was denied because JiffyShirts is claiming that they did deliver the Gang sheets but I still to this day do not have the Gang sheets and lost this money. They pretty much stole from me so I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

    Hi Luis, thanks for taking the time to leave a review, good or bad the feedback only helps us to improve.  

    On our system, the chargeback for the missing gang sheet is still outstanding, while we would love to assist with a refund we are physically incapable of issuing a refund when a chargeback is on the account.  A hold is placed by the bank that does not allow a refund to go through.

    Please rest assured we have not forgotten about you!  Your account is flagged to issue a refund for the missing items in the event the bank rules in your favor.

    Okay they just send me the prints this past week again I didn't have to do all this to get your attention either way I lost all that money because I had to get them printed else where. They favored in your favor because you said you send them to me when you didn't and I'm out $50+ Couse they sided with you and I had to purchase them else where and for what so you can send me the stickers 2 month later.. after you told the bank that you send them... it makes no sense ( what do i get from lying I've been a valued costumer for a while now and this right here is insane.. I cant believe I had to do all this just so you can send me what i ordered as a small business my self I know how hard a charge back hurts I didn't want to do it but when there no communication I had no choice... so yes they sided with you guys which made me go more in the negative had yall just send what I ordered or even communicated with me if they were delayed I would had understand.

    I have been a loyal customer of Jiffy Shirts for a few years and have liked the shirt products. I have ordered transfers three times recently and only one of the three was acceptable. The most recent transfers I ordered never arrived and it looks like never left to be shipped. I sent a complaint and was refunded shipping and the order was put in again..still nothing. NEVER doing transfers again and frankly, I can get shirts at other places. I have emailed and sent messages and no response to the last round.

    I am not happy with this company at all. I ordered 100 shirts from them and 100 transfer prints. The shirts were fine. The problem was the 100 transfers I ordered they came with what looked like ink stains all over them and a black outline on all the prints. I tried to contact the company by email which after sending 2 emails none of them were returned. They do not have a phone number to contact them so I started a live chat and they gave me store credit to re order my prints. The problem is they wouldn't accept my coupon because I redeemed it on the first order that was messed up. So I reordered my prints paying an extra 70$ and I used a high resolution photo and my 2nd order still had the black lines around them again. I highly suggest you do not order prints from this company.

    After carefully reviewing your recent transfer orders, we noticed that the artwork uploaded for both orders didn't meet the recommended 300 DPI resolution. This can lead to blurred or jagged images on your DTF transfers.  Although transfers are typically non-refundable, we have issued full refunds for both orders.

    We completely agree that you should have received a new coupon for the second order, and have since  provided one for your future use.
