I am writing to formally complain about the unsatisfactory service I have received from 21st Century Health Consultant regarding my application for business credentialing through IDOA.I signed up for your services on 5/2024, as per the agreement that *************************** would handle my application and that the process would be completed before the final payment.Despite paying the balance, I experienced significant delays and unprofessional behavior from ***************************. She was often unresponsive and provided incorrect or irrelevant information.The checklist provided was not applicable to my business, and subsequent communications revealed that the requirements were not properly explained before payment.Attempts to follow up and obtain necessary referrals were met with further delays and lack of response. Given these issues, I request a full refund of $5,500. The service was neither rendered due to not meeting the requirements to submit an application nor was the application submitted to IDOA. They defrauded me by taking my money without ensuring they I met the basic requirements to get credentialed through IDOA. One issue was not having a commercial office space, not being in business for 3 years or having a supervisor with 3 years experience with IDOA certificate. I am still waiting for my money to refunded even though they did no work on my application.
