  Ive had some rough moves in the past, but this one was different. They worked smart, communicated clearly, and didnt waste a second. Everything went smoother than expectedHIGHLY recommend!

  One Source Van Lines uses the bait and switch method when it comes to locking down your business. I shopped around by getting a few different quotes, which they knew, and they offered me the lowest price by far after reviewing all of the items I needed to be moved. It was a no-brainer because the cost for me to do it myself with a UHaul was essentially the same cost after gas, taxes, fees, etc. The cost was just over $2,200 total.They have a rule in there contract where you can cancel up to 72 hours before the move but after that, your locked in. That is okay but they called me 48 hours before my move to walk through my inventory again and confirm timing for pickup. During this time they asked me to send a couple pictures of items. I sent them a picture of my leather couch, chair, desk, etc and they immediately said, The furniture looks bigger than they thought and it will cost more than previously discussed. The new cost they gave me was $3,600. That is a +56.5% increase in price 48 hours before the movers show up and you have no ability to cancel. My inventory was exactly the same and the items were portrayed exactly as I precisely said. I felt cheated and helpless because they took advantage of me. I would have rented a UHaul instead because it would have been more cost ************ doesnt stop here unfortunately. The movers come to my home and take a couple minutes walking around my inventory. Then they say its going to be another ***** cubic feet in the truck and the new cost is $3,800. Now we are looking at a +65.2% increase in cost and I am out in a position where I am helpless. This is a perfect example of a bait and switch. The company offers you a great price to lock down your business and then changes the price on you last minute when you do not have the ability to cancel or make new plans. I read reviews after my experience and it is a common complaint others have as well so this is not the only time this has happened.

  Moving day can be chaotic, but not with these pros around. They had a calm, collected vibe that made all the difference. No items jostled or damaged. Even the disassembly and reassembly was quick. Id trust them again without thinking twice. So GRATEFUL!
