    We had some big heavy furniture and an annoying set of stairs for them to get up. They were funny, never complained and actually were perfect at their job. They did a good job indeed.

    We would have never have used this company if we knew they would outsource movers to do the work. It was the classic bait and switch, they baited us with a low quote and we jumped on it. Then out sourced the job to an actual mover. I even reiterated to the agent to confirm that the quote was complete and accurate and we weren't going to be charged more with "hidden" or "extra" fees. He assured me it was accurate. Needless to say, when the outsourced movers came to move us the price tripled with extra "hidden" charges! When I called customer service to complain and find out why was their quote didn't match what their sourced movers were saying, they simple said it's not their problem. I called customer service several times and left multiple messages to rectify this but could not get a hold of anyone. I didn't hear back from them for days. When I finally spoke to customer service would NOT stand by their quote. We were SCAMMED. After a lengthy call with the ************************** and Consumer Affairs and they urged me to file a formal complaint which I am. This is happening too often with companies like this. There has got to be some kind scam/fraud protection for the consumer. This is a bait and switch company giving customers a low quote which is bogus to get you to sign, then they source the move out and let the actual "movers" deal with it because at that point the customer is cornered. Moving is hard enough, you should be able to trust your movers. CON ARTISTS - Do NOT use this company!
