  Beware Misleading and Unprofessional I had a very disappointing experience with One Source Van Lines. In February 2025, I called for a moving estimate from ******** to *****. The representative pushed hard for me to pay a $995.23 deposit, reassuring me multiple times that if I needed to cancel, it wouldnt be a problem because theyre not like other moving companies that scam people. That turned out to be completely false.What they dont tell you clearly while pressuring you to pay is that they only offer a refund if you cancel within ************************************** the contract, but they make a big deal on the phone to make you feel safe paying the deposit. Its all part of the pitch.Unfortunately, an extreme and unexpected situation came up that made it impossible for me to move even if I wanted to and I contacted them to cancel. Despite the circumstances, they refused to refund me a single dollar. When I spoke to ******, who handles cancellations, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional right from the start. There was no compassion, no effort to help, and absolutely no accountability.They also did not conduct any in-person inspection of my belongings, and failed to provide the required ***** documents that explain your moving rights both of which are red ******** not trust what they say on the phone. Do not pay any deposit. This company misleads customers and offers no real support once they get your money. I do not recommend them at all.

  They even helped move a few boxes into the attic when I asked. No sighs or eye-rolls, just a cheerful Sure! That little gesture meant so much after a long day.

  We moved with two toddlers and tons of toyschaos! But One Source Van Lines kept everything structured and calm. They packed efficiently and with care. Fragile toys and electronics were handled well. They even checked in on our comfort throughout. It felt like family was helping us. ABOVE AND BEYOND!
