      DO NOT TRUST BLUEGREEN VACATIONS - THEY DESTROYED OUR FINANCIAL PEACE OF MIND! We fell victim to Bluegreen's predatory sales tactics after being lured in at a ************ kiosk with promises of a "free" Gatlinburg trip. What followed was six hours of psychological torture disguised as a sales presentation. THE LIE THAT SEALED THE DEAL: Bluegreen promised a buyback program - our "safety net" that would let us sell for pennies on the dollar if needed. This was THE reason we signed. When we tried to use it? "No such program exists." COMPLETE AND TOTAL FRAUD. BROKEN PROMISES EVERYWHERE: "Rent it out to recoup costs!" IMPOSSIBLE "Easy to sell anytime!" They told us it's WORTHLESS "Value will grow!" It's worth NOTHING "Great inheritance!" More like a CURSE for our kids "Book ****** through *** easily!" NEVER worked once despite searching a year ahead HIDDEN FEES GALORE: *** fees, conversion fees, mystery charges - NONE mentioned during sales. They nickel and dime you to death. BOOKING IS A NIGHTMARE: Own points but can't book anything decent, even 10+ months out. The whole system is rigged against owners. PREDATORY TACTICS: Held hostage for hours, multiple salespeople tag-teaming us, mentally exhausting us into submission. When we attended "owner reviews," they were SECRET SALES PITCHES. Rude, aggressive, relentless harassment. The final insult? When we couldn't sell our "valuable investment," they wanted us to BUY MORE POINTS to make it sellable. Absolute insanity. The non-existent buyback program was fraudulent misrepresentation that voids our contract. Bluegreen Vacations is a predatory company that preys on families with lies and high-pressure tactics. STAY AWAY!

      They do not deserve any stars. They are crooks, scammers and even if you have major medical issue in family they will not refund. I will never book through choice hotels either..

      I am absolutely furious and want everyone to know what Bluegreen Vacations did to my wife and I. We're in our mid-70s, retired on a fixed income, and these people took complete advantage of us. In 2017, we went to their Club 36 in ********* after they called offering a discounted stay - what a joke that turned out to be. What we thought would be a quick presentation turned into an all-day nightmare. They trapped us in a loud, chaotic room with some ridiculous "pep rally" and wouldn't let us leave. When we said we were hungry and tired and wanted to go, they just pushed harder. Their salesperson used every dirty trick in the book - emotional manipulation, personal sob stories, the whole nine yards. They promised us ****** cruises, theme park tickets, and specialty pricing that turned out to be complete lies. They pressured us into buying ****** points for $13,000 - money we couldn't afford to lose from our retirement savings. Here's what really makes my blood boil - they deliberately hid crucial information from us until after we signed. No mention of the massive annual maintenance fees, no explanation that our ****** points were split between even and odd years making them practically useless, and they never told us the "property" we were buying was in ********, ********** when we live in *****! Eight years later, we've barely been able to take any vacations because their booking system is a nightmare and the points don't cover anything decent. Now my health is failing, we can't travel anymore, but we're still stuck paying these endless fees. When we try to get out, they want another $500 fee - more money grabbing! They prey on senior citizens, lie through their teeth, and then trap you in a contract you can't escape. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks who target elderly people on fixed incomes. Stay far away from Bluegreen Vacations - they will ruin your retirement like they ruined ours.

      Im looking for help with an issue Im having with Bluegreen. I ended up buying a timeshare from them after feeling really pressured into it. Since then, their availability is terrible, and the service has been so disappointing. Ive tried reaching out to Bluegreen several times to get my money back and cancel, but no luck. The last time I spoke with them, I talked to someone named ******, who wasnt helpful at all. He just referred me to Pinnacle, to resell but I dont trust them since they work with Bluegreen and have been scamming me or to pay them an extra $16,941 o exit out. I also just received a message from Resort Condiminuim and I feel Bluegreen is selling my information out. Their Maintenance Fees just continue increasing and I cannot see how it is fair to ask me to pay such a large amount. Im really hoping you can help me get my money back from Bluegreen and cancel this service. They havent helped me at all or even tried to fix the situation. Id really appreciate any help you can offer, this whole experience has been so frustrating for me. Thank you, ***** *******

      Wed like to share some concerns about our Bluegreen Vacations membership. Unfortunately, it just doesnt fit our needs anymore. Our kids arent interested in it, and traveling across the country has become too expensive and challenging for us, especially at our age. Were finding closer vacation options much more practical now. On top of that, the rising maintenance fees are becoming harder to manage on our pension. Weve called the timeshare so many times this year, and all they do is give us the same old excuse about selling it to someone else if we want out. The problem is, theres no market for timeshare resales. Whos going to buy this online when their pushy salespeople are out there offering free gifts to reel people in? We just need them to come up with a fair solution to let us out of this timeshare contract. Please assist. Sincerely, ******* and ***** ******

      I narosiane ******* was a former employee for Bluegreen, you've would have thought that since their just opening up with choice that they'd be as great as it sound this place is a nightmare. I started working for Bluegreen vacations May 29th,2025 during my time there i was judged the minute i walked through that door, imagine being Haitian black African American not knowing what to expect first time working at a call center. Long story short i was bullied by may assistant supervisor ********* ******** a Hispanic i told multiply mangers noone did anything i even recorded her saying those awful mean things to me making me feel low of myself, what's crazy is that we make their paychecks and I've had 4 sales since being there I haven't been paid for not one of them only the hourly pay. so what that tells me your stealing from me and I'm working hard getting all $279 sale scamming and lying to these customers about their ********************** and now today i just received a termination letter from the same supervisor who have been bullying me. my manger ***** ******* is out in ****************** she called him lying but now that she heard me telling another supervisor that i had her recorded so before what she said can be heard which my manager returns on the 1st of august she sent me a email that I'll be terminated effective immediately and i can't be granted access to the premises knowingly my things are there if all have a vacation packet cancel it the hotels are not what they say they are just to let you know yes you will have bed bugs no your hotel isn't luxury just don't waste your time if they popup on your caller ID run for your life don't fall for the scam with the infested hotels especially choice they're worst those choice hotels been hearing bad reviews about the with Bluegreen nothing special about them know they'll probably block me after this I'll really tell my story on what's really going on behind the seen. there is a phrase that goes "A wolf in sheep's clothing.

      My husband and I were in ********, *******, when we attended a Bluegreen presentation for haunted night tickets. The entire experience was overwhelming and full of lies and mis***resentations. They deliberately concealed material facts about ownership. The agent told us that we would have the ability to use our points for ****** tickets and/or cruises. They dont have any connection whatsoever with ******, despite claims they were. The salesperson also said that we can use points to pay maintenance fees which later a customer service *** contradicted. We believed what they said verbally to us and trusted them when they pushed us to sign the contracts employing a now or never tactic denying us reviewing legal documents before signing. These so called deals of a lifetime ownership are worthless and sold under lies. Unfortunately, they have a good system in place to cover up their illegal doings so what is on legal paper protects them. Bluegreen seriously needs to be exposed and held liable for their false mis***resentations. I dont understand how they are still in business and have not dealt with the consequences

      My wife and I attended two separate sales presentations at Bluegreen Resorts officesone in ***********, ** and another in ************, **. At both events, we were given misleading information and false assurances that greatly influenced our decision to purchase a timeshare. We were told we would receive priority booking at all Hilton resorts globally, discounted travel services, exclusive access to luxury accommodation, and the ability to rent or resell our timeshare easily. Since becoming owners, we have found that many of the promised benefits do not exist or are so limited in availability that they are practically unusable.Both presentations involved high-pressure sales tactics that lasted between four to six hours. We were rushed through the signing process without adequate time to fully review or understand the contract. We were not informed about the significant and recurring increases in maintenance fees, which have placed an ongoing financial burden on ***** is clear to us now that the entire sales process was designed to mislead and pressure customers into purchases that benefit the company financially at the consumers expense. We believe these actions constitute fraud and misrepresentation. This process is overwhelming!

      Our Bluegreen contract began after my sister gifted us a trip to **************, *******. My husband and I were invited to attend a one-hour meeting in exchange for a $50 gift card. Despite being 71 and 69 at the time (this is 7 years ago), we agreed to attend. During the meeting, we explained that we rarely vacation because my mother, who has aphasia and dementia, lived with us and required full-time care. However, they still insisted the timeshare would be a good investment that we could pass on to our children. We were assured maintenance fees would be low and manageable, but we werent told they were due annually. My husband believed it sounded reasonable, so we agreed to buy the smallest number of points offered. That meeting lasted four hoursnot one.Despite being labeled platinum elite members, we continue to have trouble booking trips. It turns out that properties arent exclusive to owners, as Bluegreen rents to prospective buyers, not just owners and their families. This experience has caused significant financial, emotional, and mental strain, made worse by the health challenges we now face. We believe we were misled during each transaction and taken advantage of in vulnerable moments.

      As an owner, I would have expected a little more understanding. As I was paying off my mortgage completely, I told them I just wanted to see the payment post first and then I would take care of any remaining balance and pay off the maintenance fees on Friday. I called back on Friday, they sent my maintenance fees to collections and now I have to pay an additional $500 in fees on top of it. I filed an appeal and was told 10 days. I called at day 11 and no word, online chatted on day 15 and they told me the account was closed and my appeal must have been denied. No email about the decision that I was told I would receive, nothing but a statement in the mail from their collection agency for the fees. I do have ownership in this misunderstanding for I thought fees were included in payoff but regardless, they had tracking numbers for the checks, they had steady communication from me, we use our points consistently. No help from the corporate entity. The reps were nice but their policies are shaped to get you if you have 1 misstep and even if you have a lot of points, as much as they say you can sell them, it sure wont be for the price you bought them at. last I researched, they will buy back at a buck a point but charge you 5 or 6 bucks a point. That doesn't seem fair at all. Should be more freedom in the prices on that if someone so chooses to sell. I like being forced to go on vacation and it gets me out of the house but holy, your just a financial meat puppet to pad their pockets with.
