    Dealing with Stephen can be summed in two words efficiency & integrity at its best; he called me asked few questions about my claims

    and made stark judgement "you do not need me" :) and explained how the insurance claims process works. I would have loved to hire him, but he convinced me logically that it did not make financial sense and I should keep following up with my insurance till I get my claim paid. He mentioned that they have to settle regardless within 90 days per the law.
