Because ZERO STARS is NOT an Option!!!! ***************** adjusted my claim and while he worked on the appraisal for the damages to my condominium, he never asked about any "Loss of Use" damages (furniture damages, the storage unit cost that I had to incur, the place that I had to live while the construction to renovate my condominium was taking place) and settled my claim without taking any of this into consideration. This amount was thousands of dollars and I ultimately ended up losing money on the entire claim. He knew that I had incurred these cost....I thought they were covered under a different part of my policy. Do yourself a favor and find someone more experienced as he should have known that he was settling my entire claim.

We we surprised and disappointed to read your review as we take great pride in our work and getting the best possible outcome for all our clients.
Our adjuster, *****************, was at your home in *********** in June of 2023. At this time he reviewed with you the extent of the loss and asked you for a copy of all invoices relating to the loss. When asked about any damage on content of his home, you stated that contents werent really damaged because the water didnt sit long enough.
It is important to note that when you hired us you had only been paid $28,720.57 from you insurance company.

Don't go it alone, i had over 100k of damage from hurricane Ian and without FL Best I was looking at a total payout of $6700 and laughed at by the insurance companies desk adjuster when I disputed the payout they offered and now I will be able to get everything replaced. these people care and get results and if it goes to litigation they know what attorney to pair you with. Stephen called back immediately after my initial call and FL best adjuster Chris is phenomenal and spent hours assessing the damage while the insurance company adjuster was her for 15min and didn't even want to go in the attic. I would rather ride out a cat 5 storm again than deal with the insurance company in the aftermath. you can bet i have Stephen with FL Best Adjusters on speed dial from now on. In my first call with Stephen I could tell he was honest, straight-forward and he had our best interests in mind.
