    0 Stars.The same thing happened to me on 5/11/23.I was charged $45.99.The credit card info page comes up first. Before an explanation of how much you are being charged.They will refund $31.99 after a REMOVEDgenerated emails and they keep a $14.99 fee.They are scamming so many people out of at least $14.99.Hopefully this business is shut down soon.

    Completely misleading, followed instructions from email with a special phone number for inmate to call to ring to my phone, i paid $45.99 on 02/02/23 for unlimted calls for 3 months. Followed instructions to click on Global-Tel link , then takes you to connect network which is not affiliated with Global-Tel,Email also states to create an account with Global-Tel link and put in special number.i had already signed , but it had no balance, nowhere to put special number, and it said i had to add money, which i did not because i had already paid Global-Tel for this service that i am not able to use. I just want my money back for a service i can't use, from all the other reviews, nobody is able to as well, just want all my $45.99 back, couldn't use the service at all, now on 02/03/23 want a full refund

But we offer Special Connect numbers which work with ALL facilities in REMOVEDand make your jail calls cheaper (using our numbers, you pay less to IC-solutions, GTL Connect Network, Securus and other jail's providers).

    Your account with us has been already cancelled and refunded as agreed.
