  Very bad experience with ***** plumbers .They came to clean clocged pipes .After the cleaning all that suposed to be in the toilet pipes came straight to the shower .The plumber tried to clean it , it worked for few minutes and as soon as he left our shower was full of sewer water and more...... We had to call an other company to handle the issue . After all they try to collect almost $500 for the damage they did to us .They are pushy ,unproffetional and rude !!!!

  ***** is absolutely one of the best professional plumbers we have ever come across and I mean EVER! In fact, we have followed him through his career and he is now on ******** team. ***** is simply is GREAT! He knows the inside's and out of problem solving and can resolve and repair ALL the issues our homes eventually will have. He's even great and figuring out other avenues how to prevent additional repairs we all dread and can guide you how to prevent further problems.Ask for him, beg for him to be the tech when you are in need of a repair or replacement done right! And oh by the way, what a nice guy and super polite as well. You will feel extremely comfortable he is in your home, which is rare these days! ******** and *** 6/24/25

  I am 90 and had been a customer for ******* ********************** for several years. Recently on a routine checkup I was told I needed a new part for my A/C. The part cost $518.00. My bill was $1600.00(discounted to $1350 because I was an old customer) I was foolish to pay in advance before I knew cost of part. Bottom line I was charged $851.50 labor for a job that took less than 2 hours. So, I am hurt as I feel I was really taken advantage of. Please be very careful when you deal with this company. Make sure you get an itemization of the cost of parts & labor in advance. I didn't. It was my own fault but it was, I think, a very unreasonable charge that was a very large chunk of my fixed income. So, again, ask questions. Don't be stupid like me.

  Dear ******* Plumbing,I apologize for the delay in writing this review.I wanted to share my experience with ******* Plumbing regarding the replacement of our cast iron pipes. We chose your company based on a friend's recommendation, and you were the final company we contacted for an estimate.We were immediately impressed with your salesperson and decided to move forward with the project. While we were initially told the job would be done quickly, we NOW understand that cast iron pipe replacement is a significant undertaking.There were some miscommunications along the way, with different employees providing conflicting information. However, ******* and ****** were both very helpful, especially ****** who answered all of my many emails. ****, the Service Manager, also came to our home to address our concerns and explain the process, which we appreciated very much.Ultimately, we are satisfied with the work that ******* Plumbing performed. Replacing cast iron pipes is not a small job, and it did take some time. However, we believe that the quality of the work was worth the wait.We would recommend ******* Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

  Words cannot describe how wonderful a company this is. I had work done from a previous company, who have since permanently closed (as they should have) and as per the city of ***************, strongly suggested I get another plumber to come in and close out the permit. Without batting an eye, Ericas came and did the job. The tech (****) was gracious, helpful and knowledgeable. Today, the permit was closed.THANK YOU everyone at Ericas Plumbing! If you want to use a company that knows what theyre doing and come to your home with a great attitude, etc., this is the company to call!

  ***************** sent me a letter saying I had continuous water usage. My monthly bill went from $50 to $176. I called three leak detection companies that advertised 24/7 services. *****'s Plumbing was the only one that had the courtesy to return my call. We set an appointment and ******* showed up on time. The company sent me a text with his photo and bio, as well as a tracking link (like Uber) to see where he was and estimated arrival time. ******* found the leak in five minutes. Fortunately, it was between my meter and my house, and a new line had to be installed in my yard. He returned the next day to do the work with *****. Both men were extremely polite, worked very hard for almost a full day, and finished the work in one day. They also spent a good deal of time cleaning up the area, and ensuring that the lawn looked as good as possible. I also felt they gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend this company and if I need plumbing work done again, I plan on using them.

  Absolute ripoff! Just needed two valves changed out for the hot and cold shower handles. I had the valves just needed them replaced as they were leaking. A young kid showed up who prob had zero plumbing experience and wanted $500 yes you heard that correctly FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to do it!!! He wanted me to sign the paperwork before he even did the work. Red flag. I asked him to explain to me how he came up with that figure because its ridiculous and he couldnt explain it its just what the iPad calculated it out to. When my husband had time he actually did it himself in about an hour. Never ever will I call this company again! Beware!

  Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on price however, we sent an experienced and professionally trained technician that offered a very fair price for the work since you did provide the valves. The price includes the insurance we must have to step foot in your home, the uniforms, the girls who answer your calls in the office, the vans to bring tools/materials to your home, more insurances for the vans, the training we constantly provide our technicians and more. Regardless of you choosing to do business with us you are judging his age and experience due to his appearance of being young. You are also stating, getting an authorization prior to doing work is a red flag but it is not a red flag, it's a contract to receive services for a quoted price and any reputable company would require a homeowner to approve via a signature to proceed since we are both agreeing to a service for a price. We are happy your husband was able to fix it at a cost of $0 but unfortunately, we cannot run a responsible firm, that hires experienced technicians, trains constantly in their relative fields, be available to our clients 24/7 and charge $0 for our services. We are sorry we couldn't meet your needs but we do thank you for the opportunity.
