Dear Better Business Bureau On July 11th, 2025, I contacted No Go Booting Inc. at 6:45 a.m. concerning the booting of my friends vehicle, which was parked at my home. I was informed that a driver had been dispatched. As of 8:45 a.m., no one had arrived. The $83 fee required for boot removal was paid promptly at 1:30 a.m.a full hour before I began calling the company at 2:30 ****************** messaging clearly states that, once payment is received, a driver will arrive within the hour, traffic permitting. This promise was blatantly ignored.Since 2:30 a.m., I have placed repeated calls to the company, attempting to receive assistance. I endured being met with the automated response that no one is available to take the call and then blatantly disconnected. This naturally causes frustration and compels the caller to immediately call back. However, the company also discourages callbacks by threatening to block numbers, which is coercive and deeply unethical. This situation has led to my friend missing an entire day of work and experiencing emotional exhaustion from waiting outside my home in the oppressive heat in SE *******, for hours. I, too, lost an entire nights sleep trying to resolve this issue and have had my own workday jeopardized as a result. Ive spent the better part of this morning battling through customer support roadblocks, dealing with a complete failure of service delivery and communication. The treatment we have received reflects an appalling breach of professional ethics, human decency, and fair business practice.Resolution Requested:Immediate removal of the boot Full refund of the $83 fee Formal written apology Compensation for lost wages and time Comprehensive review and overhaul of customer service practices Sincerely,******* ********* ************************************************************************************************* ************ ***********************

On July 5th, 2025, I discovered an unjust booting device had been placed on my vehicle by NO GO BOOTING, without any prior notice or clear justification. The car was parked in a visitor space in front of my own residence. No warning signs, stickers, or valid notifications were visible anywhere near the location.Multiple immediate attempts were made by myself and neighbors including Mr. **** ****** and Ms. ***** to contact the company by phone. All calls were ignored or went to voicemail. We left detailed messages, but never received any response. A third ******* *******, also tried to help and was ignored as well.I was forced to pay $83.00 under protest to regain access to my own vehicle. This amount was demanded without a valid explanation, legal documentation, or proof of violation. I have photos and witness statements proving the abuse. This behavior is not only unethical it is predatory and abusive, targeting residents and guests without due process or accountability.I respectfully request: A full refund of the $83.00 An investigation into this companys aggressive and unlawful conduct Permanent removal of my property from their enforcement list Formal guarantees that I, my family, and guests will not be harassed again

Subject: Update Boot removed without apology or response

On Sunday, July 6th, NO GO Booting Inc. placed a boot on my vehicle without any valid explanation, warning, or prior notice. My car was immobilized the entire day.

On Monday, July 7th, after several ignored attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and set a clear deadline for resolution by 6:00 PM.

The company only removed the boot at 7:30 PM, without any communication, explanation, or formal apology. I lost the use of my vehicle for two full days, including a workday, which caused significant inconvenience and potential financial loss.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the companys silence and lack of accountability. I request that this complaint remain open and visible, and that NO GO Booting Inc. be held responsible for their conduct.

I am also considering further legal and administrative steps, including reporting the incident to *****, the Florida Attorney General, and filing a police report.

Thank you for your continued assistance.

We were given approval to park where we parked and we were booted. Our front tire was touching the sidewalk, but not blocking any of the sidewalk.. as you can see with the approval picture provided it actually shows some of the sidewalk included in that sketch. We were also told it wasnt going to be very strict, but to make sure we parked in that area.. We woke up and were booted.. this booting company also has ******** license plates on the vehicle. Im not sure if this vehicle has proper commercial insurance, or if the state of Florida even realizes this vehicle is contracting. I would also like to know if they have ******************************* ******************** as well as all the proper coverages and licenses required to work in the state of ******* and on our property.

On March 24, 2025, No Go Booting unlawfully booted both my vehicle and my guests vehicle, despite full compliance with my **** parking rules. My guest arrived at 5:01 AM, and the **** restriction only applies between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Ring camera footage clearly shows that both vehicles were legally parked when booted at 5:10 AM.When I contacted No Go Booting, I was told to go online and submit a complaint. Because the vehicles were needed I was left with no choice but to pay to remove the boots despite the evidence. It then took three weeks of follow-up (through my HOA) to receive a refundmoney that was wrongfully taken from **** believe this amounts to an unjust deprivation of property without due process. Being forced to pay to regain access to my own vehiclewhen I had not violated any ruleand then waiting weeks for reimbursement, is not just bad business; it is fundamentally unfair. I strongly urge others to avoid this company and encourage regulatory authorities to investigate its practices.Although I was refunded the money 3 weeks later, I am requesting $500 for the inconvenience this cause, time spent dealing with this issue, and my guest and myself not being able to go to work.

Reading the other reviews blows my mind to know that theyve been getting away with this scam for years. BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was booted as a guest at a friends house with the reason being overuse of guest pass when the rules are clearly stated on the guest pass that you just cant use it more than 3 consecutive days. I parked there for 2 nights. When I went over the rules with the lady who wouldnt share her name (I dont blame her because she had a disgraceful mouth), she hung up on me! When I called back I had to use an app to call because she blocked me and she said she didnt need me to read her a book. I wont even get into the rest of that ***** call, it was embarrassing honestly. The next time I called to get information of the supervisor it was again THE SAME WOMAN and she refused to let me know when her supervisor would be in. Please if **** want to make a joint lawsuit against them, Im all in. This place definitely needs to be put to an end ASAP.

We registered a vehicle to park in our community of Centra townhome in ********** and sent proof to the company No Go Booting. The company refused to remove the boot until we paid $80. We submitted the make, model, and license plate number. Due to a typo, two of the letters were transposed, but everything else was correct. The owner of the car needed the vehicle so we paid the fee. Instead of taking one hour, it took six hours for them to remove it. We believe it was in retaliation because we said wed report them to the BBB.

Privately owned booting companies like this are the scum of the earth and should not be legal. Nothing but a bunch of parasites that provide nothing to society. They operate like a mafia. HOAs that hire companies like this are just as guilty as the they are since they collect part of the revenue. ??Is this practice not the definition of a racket???Not to mention booting a car does nothing to actually solve the problem in question. Somebody is parked where they aren't supposed to be? Just go ahead and put a metal boot on the tire so that it'll now be stuck there for a significantly longer amount of time.. yeah that makes total sense.??I wish they had a ****** page so I could leave a bad review there, but of course they don't since they're not an actual business that provides a service to people. I would love to see this company, along with all others like it to go bankrupt and for their staff to end up unemployed.??If there is more that is within my individual capability to help see that dream come to fruition, I'll be doing some research to find out what those steps could be.??I turn to right and left, in all the earth?I see no signs of justice, sense or worth:?A man does evil deeds, and all his days? Are filled with luck and universal praise;?Another's good in all he does - he dies?A wretched, broken man whom all despise.?- *************************************, Shahnameh: The Persian Book of Kings??Hope karma gets these parasitic leeches one day since unfortunately it appears that the current state and federal laws regarding this issue don't adequately hold these companies accountable.?

8/6/24 My car was booted by this company who refused to acknowledge any wrong doing there supervisor ***** was very rude and there only concern was collecting money . I am a owner at this property who park in quest parking spot which according to the rules an regulation you can be booted of you park more than 7 days which was not the case and also you have to be registered as a quest . I live and own a property according to the associated resident is allowed to utilizes the quest parking spot up to 7 days for the year . Which also this company didnt want to hear. All they can tell was the *** dont want resident to park in the area but there was regulation which states that an owner need to be registered as a quest to utilize a parking space which my car was park only for a 24 hour period because my mother took me to the airport with my car and her car was in my drive way so Instead of moving the cars back and forth she park the the parking space next to my house. There is no sign which indicated resident cannot park in the area so if you dont live in community you wouldnt know. These nasty people did not care all they interest was they wanted to get money.this is my home were I pay mortgage and *************** every month and these people came and booted my car I want my money back and also no further contact with this company they are a disgrace and there customer service should be rated at F. My name is in the call box my decal for my gate was on my car . I need them to show me where the stipulation states resident have to register as quest to use the parking space and refund my money .

7/15 ************ mistakenly put a boot on my car in my own parking spot for the second time. ******************* eventually got them to take it off but my work day was disrupted and I had to make other arrangements with family members. After removing the boot, they left the paper and adhesive on my window. *** tried to remove it with goo gone and a heat gun but could not achieve it. I called to ask that someone come by and remove it, and they said its not their fault I dont register my vehicle (not the case) and promptly hung up on me. I tried to call again but it went to voicemail.

This company puts boots on vehicles in my apartment complex. On 10/25/23 they wrongfully booted my car and I've been attempting to get a refund ever since. They leave threatening notices around saying they will "follow you around" if you dispute a charge. They are threatening to tow me every time I park at my residence and they are playing God. They booted my other car again on 2/7/24 and when I refused to pay because they still owe me a refund they damaged their own boot and tried to set me up to make it look like I did the damage. They are not removing the boot after I pay again and the man continues to come to my residence making claims and threats at me. He just tried to bet me 1k that someone tampered with the boot. I've been waiting for days/months to receive a call back, an email back etc for my refund and they are retaliating against people who want refunds. They are forcing me and my child to move or be homeless because they are going to "follow me around". This business needs to be reported to be shut down. It's a consumers right to file a chargeback. Within the past situation where the boot was "tampered" with my rim is ruined and I want damages back from this company as well.
