    Completely disrespectful, no answer just voice mail, when finally answered to address the issue with the website- which was that there was no button to press to go to the payment, she told me it was my phone, go find a computer and do it. I did so, after an hour they did not show up, because I had not submitted my drivers license with the payment. But I confirmed that the payment had been taken from my card. When I called to find out how to now submit the driver's license, no answer. I called from a different phone, they told me that I needed to submit the driver's license, but did not tell me how, but said the driver was on the way, then hung up. I went online and emailed my driver's license 3 times, then called back, she rudely answered the phone and yelled, "YOU DIDN'T ENTER YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE!" I said, I did an hour ago, she screamed, THEY ARE ON THE WAY! and slammed the phone down. It took 3 hours. When the driver came to remove the boot from the cars, he didn't call from the gate of the community, he calls from his cell phone to say he could not get in. You mean the same gate that you came in secretly last night to boot my cars, you cannot enter today, to remove the boots, that I have paid you to remove 2 hours ago? I literally had to drive to my gate to let him in! This is ridiculous! ******** company! I am going to get on my board to fire them!

    Our HOA hired No Go Booting to help patrol our community and helped us with visitor parking. ***** was great and super helpful. They helped ** get our parking situation in order and were very timely with all our request. I would definitely recommend them

    Completely disrespectful, no answer just voice mail, when finally answered he and gave him my address he began to laugh and said he figured it was me and said that I just had to wait, now this call was 3 hours after I had paid, and that there were 5 cases ahead of me, I was very patient as I knew by his tone that he was very aggresive and asked if he could give me an estimated time as I had to reschedule an appointment and this man curses at me and hangs the phone up for NO reason, there has to be some way to control these conpanies!

    They booted my car even thought I have permit to park and forced me to pay. He was rude and called me a liar. I will sue them if I can. Consulting an attorney soon.

    How do you people sleep at night? They keep booting my car after I registered it and have been authorized with a confirmation code. They literally do not care and you still have to pay. Complete a******* stealing peoples money and think its okay. Have fun with your dirty money you get from being disgusting scammers.

    Absolutely horrible! Called for some instructions due to my mom not speaking English and me not living with her and the guy was rude, saying he didnt care. Of course he just wants the money. So so unprofessional!

    These scum bags are the worst. Immobilizing my car right in front of my own house. They wanted 75 bucks to come take it off. No way this is legal. I wish I could give them less than 0 stars

    This company is a fraud and a liar and a stealer Ive been leaving in my community for one year I have a decal sticker and today I woke up to find my car booted claiming illegal pass when I literally just got my new pass 5 months ago, to make a matter worse I literally observed one of their parking booter removing a decal sticker from my neighbor car then booted her car when they came to remove the boot from her car I told them what I had observed they claimed its not one of their guys, they dont drive this type of vehicle or that colors well its literally the same car same guy Ive seen in my camera today on 12/7/22 boothing my car I will do all I can to get them put out of business for fraud and scamming people for their hard working money, one day literally my whole neighborhood got booted and had stolen decal stickers for most of the residents in that one community how can this be real, one of this day they will get what they deserve for doing people wrong! cause what goes around come around, not good to take advantage at people just to get money, especially lying hope they change before they ran into the wrong person cause people have cameras and see what they are doing, and people have read the reviews of their scamming , I will do my best to find the right place to report them and I have proof on hands bunch of liars and scammers works there, I just buried my child and this company is looking for ways to milk money out of me.shame on you No Go Booting
