      Staff was friendly and prompt. They handled packing my apt and then on to my storage area and Im waiting for the delivery. They packed my furniture quickly and professionally so hopeful all will arrive intact:)

      ******* ****** followed up the day after our pickup to hear how our experience went. It was perfect, crew was great, efficient and kind. Price was the same that Safeship quoted - no surprises. Ill definitely use them again.

      Safe Ship is a moving broker, and my experience with the movers they set me up with, Just Pro Movers, was positive. Terrific communication from everyone. The movers were polite, on time and appeared to take care with my household items. The price quoted is what I paid. Safe Ships ******* ***** followed up the next day to make sure everything went well.

      My overall experience rates a 0. I went with Safe Ship Moving because they advertise as Veteran Owned. I started my move in July of 2025. Since that time, it has been complete disaster. I have yet to receive my household goods. This business has lied to me on numerous occasions. They tried to charge more money but I refused to pay. This company should not be allowed to do business and take peoples hard earned money. My next step is an attorney. This interaction has caused me a great deal of stress, time, and pain from having to sleep on the floor.

Delays and unexpected issues during a move can cause significant stress, and no one should have to go this long without their belongings. If your shipment is still undelivered, we urge you to contact customer support so we can press for an immediate update and resolution. Cost changes only occur when inventory or service needs differ from the original estimate, and all terms are disclosed upfront. While refund eligibility ends 72 hours after signing, were still here to assist and push for answers on your behalf.

      Tiz is a treasure and the greatest. Packing my life up in boxes bound for ****** isnt easy. But knowing theyre in Tizs hands gave me the reassurance and comfort to know h*** do his best to make sure my belongings will arrive and be fine. In my quest to return to the isle of my birth, he is my hero, a true aloha soul. THE BEST!!!

      ***** and ******* did an excelkent job wrapping and loading my belongings. It was a long day took 2 trucks to get everything loaded. They worked all day quickly and efficiently, taking care to wrap each piece. Ribio explained the entire process upin arrival and kept me updated througout the day.Great job and great customer service.***** M. **********
