      Good, *************.The promo % off coupons are frustrating. Using one can then cancel out your free shipping on auto-ship. So you need to be careful. They claim promos can be stacked, but not my experience.

      Something went wrong when ordering online. No order was placed, but I was charged twice. On ****-23 the charge was PayPal 'pending.' But on ****-23 the charge was no longer 'pending,' and it was actually deducted from my bank account.I contacted vitacost customer service by chat and phone on ****, ****, and ****. Last I contacted them on **** they said there is no record of the charge, and I must wait 3-5 business days for someone from their credit team to contact me.In the meantime, my money is not available to me. It has be deducted from my bank account.vitacost customer service was/is unskilled, rude, hard to understand due to poor English, and incompetent. And at all times, reluctant to allow me to talk to someone who could help me.They charged me twice for nothing, and are rudely reluctant to return the money.
