      I been getting a few complaints about how Vitacost have been handling concerns about specific carriers that they utilize in their shipping **** specifically the company Veho. There were women that said that a male subject was urinating next to her place while her small children were around. Another how the carriers employee just threw there package up to there second floor patio rather than take it upstairs and another just trying to enter an apartment to drop a large package for a customer because they thought the customer wanted that but they actually they wanted set outside there place. But the purpose of this complaint also centers also on the supervisors or ecommerce managers which i will list larer that are not refunding the customers for packages not received marked delivered or refused that were sent out with this carrier. There are ways for consumers to not have to deal with the frustration of some of the outsourced help customer service help along with some of the kroger operational managers that are more concerned about taking a dictator approach about not refunding the customer rather than allow the consumer the voice to explain diplomatically what transpired rather than result we seem so far. What I want the public to know since I handle consumer law is to offer my advice and if representation if needed FREE of charge to anyone I'm the US. Also if enough people do see this I would be glad to form a class action against krogers and vitacost. But more importantly i will tell you how to get your money back with your credit or debit card used when they refuse to refund you. There is a difference between a credit dispute or asking your bank to do a charge back to the merchant which will add fees up to a $100 towards the merchant and if vitacost reaches there threshold of just 1% consumer charge backs then the fees are on the high side and then they get investigated which will fall back on there operational managers for not refunding the consumers

      My business transactions with this company were fine. However, the email address I used to sign up for my account has been compromised and I reached out to close my account. They said they could remove my credit card information, and stop all marketing emails, but they are not able to fully close out my account. They informed me that they may continue to use aggregated data derived from or incorporating my personal information after I disable my account , albeit, not in a manner that will identify me personally.I am writing this review to caution potential buyers to beware: this privacy policy is not set up to protect the consumer. Probably like many, I did not take time to review the privacy policy in detail before ordering a product from them. I agreed to allow this per their privacy policy upon signing up for their account in order to receive products from them.
