    This company is a complete rip off. Their customer service and web design team are a joke. It started with not receiving emails they said they sent me. They did not send a paid invoice for the first charge of $699.00, after requesting an invoice several times, they didn't provide one. Second charge of $199.00, no receipt was sent to me. The representative told me that my company was not the first company to pop up on ******* that was a lie. I had several phone meetings with the design team, and they were worthless. I send many emails with simple instructions, and they could not do what I asked them to do. Misspelled words, blurry photos, and redundancy throughout. I was promised that everything would be taken care of, and it wasn't. After six weeks of playing ******************* with Group, I finally pulled the plug. If I could leave zero stars I would. This has been a nightmare to say the least. I had my bank recall the funds. This group should be in jail.

We had you on schedule for a call today with one of our senior representative to discuss your concerns and work on an amicable resolution. However, this morning we received notification that you initiated a dispute with your bank already.

    I thought I was dealing with a Professional company that could help my business by increasing the sale of product. PR Business has a Great sales staff that promise a great return in a short time. I got nothing! I do not agree with the way this account was charged and received zero results. All I received was my card being charged fees that I asked for a detailed breakdown, never received. Telling me you sent the funds to Google does prove to me that funds were spent with Google. I was told by another agency that my product would not be allowed on Google, and they would not advertise it. So, I paid 300 per month for nothing. I had my card company reverse charges only for them to give the funds back because I signed a contract. The contract outlined what I was purchasing and as far as I can tell nothing was ever done. Not even a question about the product much less a sale of a product. The first spending graph I got there was No information as to what created the cost. I asked for the ad that created the clicks. The ads that I received didn't have any copy as to why someone should purchase the product? I think they just sent me bogus information on clicks. I told them I had to approve any ad before publishing and never got a proof of ad. I'm at risk of your advertising if not approved by me. We are a small company and cannot afford to spend money that has no return. All communications should be in writing so there is no misunderstanding and never sign a contract with PR. Business.
