This business operates as IMapping via a company called Broadly. This business has SAID that they would offer a free initialization and then would cost 99/mo. I just learned that right after this initial call that they billed me ******. They operate out of ********** FL and use the following customer service number - ************ Next, they are impossible to get ahold of once you agree to their business. Then they do not allow any contact to be made. I was trying to set up my initial appt but they missed it and did not effectively communicate the best way to go about this meeting. Then this morning (the reschedule) I showed up on ****** meet and they were over 12 mins late before saying they would join - (was supposed to occur at 9am - I waited in the room until 9:12a and this guy with a Bronx NY accent gets on and starts to argue with me because he was caught at a light for 12 mins. Wow - long light. So I said Listen, Im sorry but this is not the type of business relationship I signed on for - he (His name is *****) was very rude interruptive and simply hung up on me. Since this occurred, Ive been trying all morning to reach anyone and they will now no longer answer - have currently been on hold (still holding as I type this message) for 25:21 mins. This is ridiculous. Update: They just picked up on minute 27. Spoke to a ***** who said he was working with a Junior in billing **** to process a full refund. But said they would need to call me back later today to confirm. Said this call would occur closer to 2p. So we will see, but based on prior calls I doubt very much that this will occur. Regardless, I also need to make BBB aware of the fact that this business is also committing fraud and is using your insignia on their main webpage ****************************** (scroll to bottom right corner). Are misusing your company and its badge to falsely market themselves as an accredited business.

I used this company to help with website services. We were on a month-to-month contract basis. I cancelled my service December, 2024. In January, I was getting repeated calls daily to schedule our monthly appointment. Each time I told them I had cancelled service in December. They would agree, apologize and tell me that the calls would stop. They calls continued through ******** until I suggested I would turn in a complaint with the BBB. Now the calls have stopped but emails have started. I also received a call that I owed for January and ******** services. Further, I shut down my website in December. No services were performed by them for my website after December. I understand this business that I originally enlisted has sold to a new owner. The calls I am getting come from a BROADLY company. This may be the problem, Im not sure. What action I would like is for this company to stop contacting me.

I paid ***** on the 13th of January 2025 for hosting my website. Is January 21st and I cannot access my website yet. Theses people are not professional at all, they're main goal is to get a monthly payment that's all. I believe they should be investigated by the bbb and fined for there lack of integrity.

I have contacting the company for three months now trying to get someone to cancel my subscription. No one will call me back or answer their phones. Phone number provided just rings for hours. I received one email from the company stating they cant find my subscription. This is upsetting because I can loginto my account and am constantly getting charged by the company. Ive sent my phone number. No one will get back to me. This is starting to feel like scam.

I emailed and called numerous times. I want to cancel the service and ask for a refund. No one responded to emails and the calls are dropped after choosing an option on a keypad. I'm wondering now how legitimate this business is and if they're just a scam.

My website is currently being hijacked by PR Business. After being a loyal customer for 4 years, I discovered a series of alarming issues. On November 26th, I noticed that my website counter, which I had specifically requested PR Business to install so I could track my website traffic, began reporting 0 visits. I didn't investigate further until December 7th, when a client informed me that the email address on my website was incorrect . I realized I hadn't received any inquiries from my website since November 23rd. Notably, I had renewed my contract with PR Business on November 22nd, but declined to upgrade my services as they had ************ has become clear that PR Business is intentionally hijacking my website. Despite my requests to return my website to me, they have instead redirected my personally owned domain ((link unavailable)) to a dead site with a misspelled version of my business name ((link unavailable)). I have a live *********** website ready to go, but PR Business's actions are preventing me from accessing my own domain. I will be taking them to court to seek compensation for the significant financial losses I've incurred while they continue to play with my livelihood.

Subject: Complaint Against PR Business for Breach of ******************* Loss, and Refund Request:To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against PR Business for their failure to deliver services, breach of contract, and the significant financial losses I have incurred due to their unprofessional conduct. The delay in filing this complaint is due to my ongoing efforts to resolve the matter with my credit card company. Despite my attempts, PR Business has provided misleading information to justify retaining my payments, even though they never delivered any completed work as per our agreement.I initially hired PR Business to design a website for my business. However, they failed to deliver a usable or finalized product. After repeated requests to complete the project and correct numerous errors, they abandoned it altogether, offering only to hand over an incomplete website riddled with mistakes. I declined their offer because it did not align with our contract and provided no value to me.Looking back, I should have reviewed their customer feedback. Having previously worked with PR Business, I trusted their services and didnt expect any issues. Unfortunately, I later learned the company had been taken over by new owners or individuals, which appears to have significantly affected their professionalism and service quality.Worse, PR Business also managed an existing, fully operational website for me. When I declined their offer for the unfinished project, they maliciously interrupted the management of my current website, effectively causing me to lose the entire site, including all its data and credentials. This action was both unethical and damaging.Llyasah D.************ 1- page of 2 There was not enough so I will resend the remaining verbiage to complete my complaint

    Business Response

    Date: 12/02/2024

    Hello Llyasah,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We take all feedback seriously, and I want to address your complaint thoroughly.
Looking back at your account, I can see that there were challenges during both instances of your engagement with our company. Specifically, with the second website project, we acknowledged the issues you experienced with your first website and worked to reestablish expectations from the outset. However, as the project progressed, the scope of edits requested significantly delayed the timeline for delivering your site as promised.
During your final Webmaster Appointment, an essential step where clients approve their websites to go live, you requested additional edits despite prior discussions about limiting further changes to maintain deadlines. At that point, we escalated your case to a Web Supervisor, who informed you on October 13, 2023, via email that we had to terminate the project. This decision was not made lightly and was based on our team's extensive time investment and the project's ongoing delays.
Following the termination of your contract, you spoke with our scheduling team and indicated you were ready for the site to go live. Unfortunately, at that stage, the contract had already been closed.
Regarding the $1,500 setup fee charged on July 3, 2023, this fee covers the work completed by our team in building the site. We understand your frustration but must clarify that the fee was retained due to the substantial efforts and resources allocated to your project. Additionally, since a chargeback was initiated with your bank, any further discussions about these charges will need to proceed through your financial institution.
I have included a copy of the termination email dated October 13, 2023, below for reference

    "Good afternoon,

This email is to provide you with some clarification regarding our decision to end your agreement. Below are the reasons that led to our decision.

    Onboarding and Agreement:

We have allocated more than 6 hours for onboarding, demonstrating our commitment to your project's success.
During this time, we discussed the review of website tabs and content and reached agreements on implementing necessary design changes in preparation for your review.

    Edits and Expected Closure:

While reviewing the site, a considerable number of edits, specifically over 68, were requested. This resulted in additional calls to the webmaster.
A consensus was reached that these edits would represent the final revisions before the ultimate review. The last appointment was intended for this purpose.

    Continued Edits and Account Termination:

During the final appointment, a substantial number of additional edits were requested, necessitating the inclusion of ***** in a lengthy 3-hour and 20-minute call.
At that time, it was clearly communicated that only one more round of edits across the entire site would be entertained.
Despite our best efforts, further edit requests emerged, leading to the temporary cancellation of the account. However, it was later reinstated based on an agreement to address the final edits.

Subsequent Edit Requests and Termination Decision:

After receiving your final edits, the team completed the changes but additional edits were requested. Although it was advised that these would be the last edits, the cycle continued.
We have diligently attempted to meet your expectations on several occasions. Over 112 back-and-forth emails and several edits. However, our team has encountered significant challenges in achieving a common understanding.

    Termination Decision:

Regrettably, our resources and the time allocated to this project have been exhausted.
The decision to terminate the project was made by our team to ensure the success of our other projects and prevent further impact on our commitments.

Regarding canceling your agreement free of charge, this means we will not be charging you for the remaining months of your contract.
Your initial $1,500 buildout payment will not be refunded as we have completed the buildout and made the requested changes.
We will not be refunding you any of the monthly payments up until now.

All edits that have been made are final. As soon as you sign the agreement, we will provide you with your files so you can have your site and host it somewhere else.

    Thank you,
    **** *.
    Fulfillment Manager
    PR.Business"

While the outcome was not as you had hoped, we wish you the best in your future endeavors and remain available for any further clarification or assistance.

    Sincerely,
    pr.business

Subject: PR Business provided an email about a delay in the month of September- Clarification on Delays
    BBB
I hope this email finds you well.
I wanted to address the concerns raised about delays in completing the website. While I acknowledge that there was a slight delay in September, I must remind them that per our agreement signed in July, the project was initially expected to be completed within 21 days. The first delays, however, originated on their end and there were many others I must say.
It seems there may be some misunderstanding or misrepresentation, as it is being suggested that the delays were primarily my responsibility. To clarify, I can provide the first delay notice sent by their team, if I havent already shared it.
Please know I am committed to ensuring transparency and fairness throughout this process. I trust we can resolve this matter amicably and without further miscommunication.
    Thanks
    Best regards,
