  I was supposed to receive a refund of over $300 that as of the time of this review, I have yet to receive. I was told to wait 7-10 days after a certain date for my money (which was already later than the date that it was paid, although I understood that it would take time to process it). At the end of the 10 days, I called back, and eventually, I was told that I had to wait 30 days after the initial date. So I waited to call back, and then I was told, that I would have to wait after the weekend, so I did and called back again. Then I was told I would receive a phone call as supposedly there was an investigation was being done. I received no phone call by the appointed time, so I called back again, and the representative said that perhaps wait another week, but that nothing could be done. I asked to speak to a supervisor, so that they could simply send out a new cheque (apparently they don't electronically return the money to the bank). Since you have to verify your address for every call, it could not have been sent to the wrong address, so if there was any chance that the cheque was lost, then simply cancel that cheque. I don't wish that anyone would be given this run around.

  This company is made up of highway gangsters and robbers! They lie about giving you an interest free period AND they lie about the interest rate! They charged me *****% interest on my first $263.75 payment under an interest rate that is supposed to be 9.9% I called to question what's going on with the interest applied, and I'm told interest is charged daily from the date of the loan. I never heard of such a thing. How is this legal? Every question I asked could not be answered, except when I asked if I could use a credit card to pay them off, and the 'hard to understand person' replies no. I will be paying these crooks off in the next couple of days. I will never use a credit or finance company referred to me by a service provider. NEVER!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!! They deserve -0 stars!!

  If I had known my window contractor was selling the loan to this company I would have never bought windows. This finance company is not processing payments legally. They engage in several illegal practices. They harass you by calling 10 times a day illegal. Strangely enough my accounts are paid up. I send them over the minimum ever month and they are not applying it. The call center refuses to put me through for a manager. There is no IT center for their accounts to make sure you are not locked out online. No matter how much I pay on the loans they keep reporting yo the credit bureau as unpaid even though I have proof of payment and with no BBB accreditation, no manager to reach, no soul at that company to reach it seems they have no consumer protection and unless you have 30k to sue them in court there is little you can do. Dont ever finance home improvements through a lender. Put it on your personal credit card or save up cash. Not worth it.

  Terrible experience. The terms were NOT clearly explained and I was given incorrect information. I was just surprised to find out I owed almost double what I thought I owed because of this. I am paying it off to stop paying exorbitant interest, but I am NOT happy about it.

  Service finance is a very crooked company and they were working with ******** home solutions and they're in cahoots with each other because no one ever came out to redo my roof and I was told by service finance that they are allegiance is to the company not to the person so that tells you something right there how crooked ******** home solutions is and how crooked service finance is

  We were overcharged interest on a loan. We tried to pay off a loan and there was a payment sent that never reached the company. After 11 days I stopped the check and they told me they could do an auto pay directly from my account. I did this and then found the next day that the check we stopped was applied to my acccount. Then they got notice that the check was stopped. I did this on their recommendation. They did not tell me the other payment was not taken out the next day so we accrued interest for another 7 days. I made at least 10 calls to their c/s area and asked for a supervisor that they never transferred me to. They said that they put in a complaint which did nothing! It took me over a month to get this paid off . I was charged over 30 days more interest than sshould have been. They also need c/s in the US so they can understand what customers need instead of only only saying No worries!!!!!

  This is a predatory company, they lie about the interest rate until you receive the bill, then I paid off the loan ,they refused to close the account leaving a $2.67 accruing daily interest.The agents refused to connect me to a manager that would help me close the account they evil, terrible and predatory.Stay away from them,even in a matter of life or death they are not worth the trauma imposed to customer .We should have zero in the ratings

  This company is deplorable. They flat out lied to me! On one call, about a month ago, I asked specifically if I could pay my balance off with a credit card and they said yes. I land a Citibank card with 0% to do this, then today, they said I couldn't. They also said the interest rate was 9.9%, but what they didn't say is that they charge it Per Diem! Every day it's about $1.75 from the day the last payment is made. based on the total balance of purchase. Legal or not, it's disgusting. I couldn't even talk to a supervisor after being on hold for over 20 mins. **** didn't even have the guts to talk to me! He made the poor nice rep drop that bombshell I told that poor kid to look for a better company to work for. These shysters should be shut down!! Now I'm stuck with a nice credit card and no balance to transfer. There seems to be no recourse for me.

  They truly should be out of business. I began an 18 month Interest Free loan for an hvac unit in February 2023. On my current statement, it shows that they are taking ***** percent interest out of my monthly payments. They have been paid in full every month. One month they screwed up the bill by 3 cents and set my loan into default mode, thereby thinking they have the right to do this. I spoke with several agents, including a manager, and they all stated that this will be fixed and put back to a no interest loan. And they continue to charge interest every single month.
