On 1/18/24, I walked in with a new donor and during that period *** had a promotion going on since November of 2023 and ending on 1/31/24. Promotion was that any new donor would get $50 and the person doing the referral would get $150 on the 5th donation. On the flyer it states within 7 days to input new donor's cell number but the receptionist said on the 5th donation $150 and would credited to both accounts. On 2/1/24 was the 5th donation and tried to send the cell number through the *** app and wasn't able to credit the money. Notified the *** receptionist and was told that it had to be done within 7 days. I mentioned to the receptionist that when I brought in the new referral I was told that on the 5th donation both myself and my referral would get credited the money. The supervisor was called and he explained that it was within 7 days and it was out of there hands. Told me to call the 800 number for the *** app and I did. Spoke with ******** and explained to him what had transpired. He said it was on the flyer within 7 days and wasn't able to do anything. I mentioned to him that I was out $150 and my new referral $50 due to the *** staff misinforming the donors. On 2/1/24 at 7:49, I received a phone call from *** staff mbr and I again explained to him what had transpired. He asked to call the 800 number on the *** app to try and get this corrected. Through lack of training and misinformation on behalf of *** staff I'm out $150 and my referral is out of $50.Business Response

I was promised an interdict pry rate at CSL Plasma, 5 donations at 100$ per donation. Unfortunately, after going I contacted *****, and they deffered me for 14 days, when I came back i donated another 1 time and then the promotion ended because they only allow me 1 month to complete all donations. I felt maybe they might honor the promotion because they caused me to be deferred for half the time of the promotion. I wrote to the company and was called back, they assured me they would honor the remaining 3 donations, for me to donate and then a manager (any manager) would make the adjustment. I followed the instructions of the lady representing CSL Plasma and 24th of Jan 2024 upon completion, the manager refused to honor the promotion. I explained that I only came back to donate because I was assured the deal would be honored, he basically said anyone could claim that, and dismissed me. I resent being condescended to, insinuated a lier, lured to donate my blood plasma under false pretenses. I have referred ***************************** to donate plasma who has never donated ever with CSL Plasma and neither of us were giving the referral payment nor points. Ive reached out to CSL Plasma headquarters or corporate office for 3 days and I have not gotten a response from any manager or leader within the 24 hour timeframe that I was told I should be receiving a call. In the referral bonus documents that I received it states from November 6 of 2023 to January 31 of 2024 for both parties to receive the referrals points and payment a person must be brand new and never have donated at *** before. Nowhere in the documentations does it state that a person has seven days from the time that theyve created their donors points profile to donate to be eligible to receive the new donor referral payouts. According to what *** been told from the *** call representative is that it is in their policy that a person has only seven days to start donating from the time that they create their donor points profile but nowhere is it stating and any writing towards us that you have that timeframe only to start donating to receive any type of referral payments and points. So I feel like me, and my friend are being robbed misled and false advertised on receiving extra payments, and not receiving anything when all of the qualifications from the new donor have been met . *** submitted documents of the referral documents that I received, my friends five donations , his donor number, and my donor number.Business Response

Date of transaction was December 14th 2023. My husband referred me to CSL plasma to get extra money for the holiday season. There was an extra incentive where I could get an extra 50 dollars and my husband could get 150 extra dollars by following the directions and installing an app. We completed all of the directions and made 6 donations within a month to complete the qualifications. When it was time to receive our money there were many different explanations that we got from different representatives. First they blamed me for not installing the app correctly, when I told them that I had the story changed to I hadn't signed up for their igive rewards in time. I did try to sign up for these rewards but the app would not work for me and I got multiple error codes. Then another representative told me I needed to change my email in the app and wait 24 to 48 hours. We did that and called back we finally got signed up for the rewards and the employee said he would escalate this and we would hear back asap. We received zero calls. We called back the next day and they blamed my husband this time saying he wasn't an ************. But the donor center looked his number up and said he was an ************ and it would work. Meanwhile they received 880 ml 12 times from the two of us. This is not just a retail product it is my life, my DNA and they are baiting and switching. I just think this is wrong and should be penalized. They are tricking poor people into giving their health to a company and then making excuses about technology or app settings in order to not compensate them. This is wrong. If they did not want to give me the money don't offer it. It shouldn't be impossible to get an incentive.Business Response

I went into a CSL plasma in *********, ** to donate. The person tending to me injured my arm causing swelling, pain and severe bruising. I couldnt lift anything for 4 days. On 1/2/2024 went to donate plasma at CSL Plasma in *****, **. After donating, I asked how I would receive payment and was quickly handed a card by the assistant manager as they were closing. I activated the card and there was no money available on the card. On 1/3/2024, I returned to the Plasma location and informed that the card did not have the payment on it. I was told by the assistant manager to call card services. I did this and could not get through as it asks for the *** number and this number was invalid. The assistant manager asked me to continue calling even though I explained there were no options offered to speak with anyone. I found a phone number for Paysign's corporate office online and was told by a representative that that there was nothing that they could do to assist. He gave me the number for another company that deals with "the blue card" as this company only deals with "the red card". I called "the blue card" company and was told they could not help me and that I would need to speak with CSL Plasma. I contacted the main customer service number where I asked for corporate. I spoke with "***" who identified herself as the only *** in the office. She stated she could not assist nor provide a phone number to corporate. I asked to speak to her supervisor. *** transferred me back to the local CSL Plasma center in ***** ***** to speak with assistant manager ***** who again could not help. After spending 4 hours donating and close to 3 hours getting the runaround on the phone it is absolutely rediculous to walk away completely defeated. This is for the CSL plasma, at ************* suite 400 @ *******************************************************Ive gone to this location over 15 times in the last year including today. 11/18. At least 90% of my visits I have encountered rude/ careless staff including security. On this day especially. There have been countless negative experiences with myself as well as other visitors that Ive witnessed on multiple occasions provided misleading information about donation dates preventing ppl from maximizing there donation benefits. On 11/18 especially they had an uproar with a person who was upset that they not get their correct contribution. They have done this yo me before as well and the management I spoke to had no care in the world. Due to having pre existing issues with this location I requested to Get information in order to file a complaint. She proceeded to tell me to ****** it because shes doesnt know. No apology and no care.. I have donated for years off and on and they used to be required to keep the donars informed and aware before they donate instead now ppl are upset and the staff is extremely unprofessional using the fact that they are joking/playing to keep it light. So many issues in this location and the most uniformed thing Ive heard was I dont know why is no one on the same page. I witnessed more than 1 employee laugh at a donor complaining about 10$ but she spent 2 hours in this location. She could have needed that 10$ instead staff was dismissive instead of explaining as they did me. This was the icing on the cake. Additionally I came back and tried the location again 12/30/23. I dealt with very rude staff a lady with ********. Her nasty attitude made me come back and submit this. At least 90% of staff have no respect.Business Response

Complaint regarding Store #*** at ********************************************************************* Clients are habitually left on machines 30 minutes after completing plasma donation. On Thursday 12/21/2023 a gentleman had been passed by twice while others were disconnected from the machine. He got angry enough to push the machine as the tech shrugged and blew him off.Today Saturday 12/23/2023 a gentleman was so tired of waiting he got up and attempted to unhook himself from the machine.Also today I was left waiting ****************************************************** by once.This is not a problem where people cant wait for the techs to clean and reset one station before moving to the next.While this is a holiday weekend and staff may not be full, the people who are here today seemed determined to as insufficient as possible.Not good visits this week at all.Business Response
