I went into the *************************** ************ Thursday the 19th of June. I've been a long standing donator. I travel by bus. You open the doors as long as I meet the criteria you should provide the business. I was turned away with a notice that said we might not be able to see you due to staff shortage. Not my problem doors were open you owe me money. I didn't even have bus money home. The staff there is incredibly rude I don't know if there's microphones in there but really you're running a fast food joint.Business Response

I have donated at *** since 2023 never had an issue besides my blood pressure until this last month they complained about my hygiene and then my protein and I donated one more time on a Friday I received a call on two days later which was on a sunday saying that I was permanently deferred about my hygiene all of a sudden nothing has changed in my routine and no one ever complained about my hygiene at any other plasma donation center I feel that I am being discriminated against reason why is because I come with 3 more donors and no one has a problem with my hygiene after 2 years I have never had a complaint about hygiene nor protein all in 2 weeks. And the person that call me was so unprofessional and rude and it was my last donation for the ********************************************************************* I have heard this complaint from several donors as wellBusiness Response

I've now been severely bruised 4 times. Each time I was considered a new donor. Each time I informed the staff my veins rolled. Now I'm denied a $100. $75,$75. For this last time the last three times I was denied Each of the new donor payments. They are doing this on purpose. The first time just recently they severely bruised my left arm, so they used my right. My second visit I was told if my left was 2in I couldn't even donate with right arm. I was told by Dr. **** I was lucky and could use right arm, the flabotomist then processed to bruise my right arm. I am now for the 4th time of being a new donor being denied my further "new" donor compensation due to severe bruises from the actions of the staff. This is my 4th time of being deliberately bruised for new donor compensation.Business Response

In apirl of 2024 I got a hep b vaccine and accident answered a question wrong and was put put on the national deferral list. I was told what to bring and to get off of the list that same month. After a year I tried to donate at another company and was told I was still on the list. I went back to *** and they had no record of me giving them the payer work. This is an issue that they as a company lost my private medical documents. And now I have to give them again to ***. This is a violation of hippo polic y losing medical documents that are protected. I want something done to this office. Not limited to being off the **** and monetary compensation for the time lost to be dealing with this a year later. I am filing this complaint regarding the unprofessional, unethical, and unsafe practices at CSL Plasma *************************************. I have made 33 successful donations, yet I was recently deferred without explanation, which is unfair and a violation of donor rights.Serious Issues Observed at ****************************************** Staff Staff mock and gossip about donors, treating them as burdens rather than contributors. I have personally heard them say:"Dont make this a bad day for me.""Im not dealing with your ******** today."Long ************************* Donors stand in line for hours with no communication, while staff engage in side conversations instead of working efficiently.Medical Concerns Improper needle insertions cause bruising and pain. The staffs lack of care raises concerns about their training.Hostile Environment The facility feels like a detention center, with an armed security guard looming over donors. Many donors are homeless, yet staff treat them with disrespect.Unexplained & Unfair Deferral Despite 33 successful donations, I was deferred without warning or explanation, and staff refused to provide information.Requested Action:CSL Plasma must provide written explanation for my deferral.Immediate review of staff behavior and facility conditions.An *** audit to ensure CSL Plasma meets *************** standards.This is one of the worst donation centers I have ever visited. I've come to this particular CSL plasma center, On several different occasions and when I've called corporate to complain. By providing my phone number and my full name. The staff there had retaliated against me and treating me even worse than what I was doing. I've gone there and told them that the equipment is faulty. Another day. I am dependent on this money that we provide, even though I love to donate the help Mankind. I've gone in there. The ladies have treated me poorly. They put needles inside of me what the tape wasn't sticking to me and almost fell out of my arm on several different occasions. I reported it to the corporate office again. I go back up there and it's like the staff retaliates against me for complaining. I don't understand how they're not being held accountable. They're self-policing themselves. And that is a problem. I've gone in there here recently. And the blood and the machine was getting everywhere inside of the machine. I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out to the manager of the location "*******" and he told me to contact your customer service number as he was unable to address the situation at his location. He stated that the issue would be handled by your corporate office. I left six messages with your customer service number and submitted six messages via your corporate website for someone to contact me from your executive office. This has been an ongoing issue since December *******, with each person/department in which I have contacted stating I need to contact someone else. This has been going on for over 40 days in where I am continually passed to someone else. On January 2nd, I was contacted by "*******" the location manager as he was told to call me by your customer service number in where he once again stated he had no authority to address the issue and he stated he would escalate the issue to your corporate office so somebody could address my concern. Since I never heard from your corporate office I submitted a complaint via the BBB now I am getting the same advice contact the location manager "*******". I need someone from your corporate office to contact me.

The location at **************************************. I have repeatedly complained to the company about the lack of working machines leading to an excessive wait time, even when its not busy. I have complained to management already, and I have complained to corporate to no avail. Im thoroughly frustrated with my experience at *** because my time and value as a patron isnt being appreciated, and its obvious that management has no care in the world about how long the line gets or how long the patrons have to wait. The average wait time for 10 people in line to donate is 2 1/2 hours. Entirely way too long. As I write this complaint, Ive been in line for 2 hours. I recently became a new donor at the csl plasma on **************************************** and had do other there previously before. The reason I can specifically to csl was the promise of $100 for new donors which was the same promise I received on my phone app that they provide. I came in today Friday November 22, 2024 at 6am to donate, went through an entire 3 and a half proceeds to donate and was successful in giving them the plasma they needed for payment, during the entire process, it was never mentioned one time that the $100 could vary depending on weight. It was only u til after the donation period was complete that I was informed that I would only make $85. Thats literally a scam ! You cant promise or guarantee someone a price and then once service has been competed you give me what price you want. I would like my payment of $15 added to my card immediately and if not I will be in talks with a lawyerBusiness Response

Unprofessionally processed me through the plasma donating center with obvious biased goin in CSL plasma ******* ave, sterling heights, mi. I was singled out from race and the idea of kicking me out for a year for merely dosing off a second, and the rudeness was over the top.May the good Lord take care of these wackos!
