  I was shopping around for an extended warranty. I spoke with a couple of folks on the phone, and both were very helpful. I ended up purchasing the Platinum level plan. I haven't used it and hopefully I don't need it. But it is nice to know it is there. The reason for the 4-star rating is due to the chat feature on their website. I started a chat with "REMOVED", he was very REMOVEDand kept repeating the same question or answer after my questions. He never did answer my questions, so I ended the chat. Had I not spoken with REMOVEDor Zeus I would not have signed with REMOVED. They were both friendly and enjoyable to talk too.

  As a first-time buyer who was not familiar with this product, I had a very pleasant experience with the REMOVEDteam. The warranty specialist explained everything thoroughly and clearly. He was knowledgeable about the product and had a friendly, professional personality that made the conversation comfortable and easy to understand.With this product, I feel safer and have peace of mind knowing that, whatever happens to my car, REMOVEDwill always have my back.

  We purchased the warranty through our credit union in 2022. In 2026 the vehicle developed a transmission issue. I dropped the vehicle off at the transmission repair shop with the warranty. The shop handled everything and repaired the vehicle under the warranty. My portion of the nearly six-hundred-dollar bill was $25. We are very satisfied.

  REMOVEDgave a complete detailed review of what's covered and what's not covered by the extended warrant. He also explained the cost of the cover and the duration. He briefly touched on the material matter of what keeps the car in compliance and what takes it out of compliance.
