    Great customer service. Hate the automated system. The call didnt feel forced, awkward, or repetitive. Only downside was there was a beeping tone every so often, maybe from it being recorded.

    The gentleman I spoke with, Joel, was extremely knowledgeable about the policy and type I needed for my vehicle, due to all of the computer advancements that are on my car. He recommended the platinum policy with only a $100.00 deductible. He explained that when the deductible goes up, OI lose some of the caps on my benefits. Also, that this policy can be added up until 24 months of purchasing the vehicle. He was extremely helpful in researching my former policy and where the $1,000.00 refund went - found it went into my savings account in May of 2024. Very helpful and accommodating. Love this company! Second vehicle with them!

    Recently had a transmission failure and had my truck towed to a dealer.The dealer coordinated with *** and took care of the problem.I've had IWS for 10+ years and this is my first claim. Knowing that I'm protected with a dependable company is well worth it.Thank you IWS!

    Hello. My name is ******* ******* and I would like to say that this is a very reputable and great company. They came through for me and the dealership that ***aired my car was even impressed on how fast they approved my calm. One dealership service *** even asked me how he could become a member. My mother has said that in the past they were even fast and nice to her. I love my ************ and I love even more that they have IWS as a warranty company
