    Same complaint as the previous reviewer- SHOP ELSEWHERE with that RIPOFF of a return policy!!!!!!!

    Thank you for your feedback and our apologies if you are unhappy with our return policy or the return fee.  Due to the increase in labor and shipping costs as well as costs associated with loss due to package theft, the return fees are necessary and allow ** to continue to offer such low prices on the items we sell. 


    But even though there has been an increase in our costs, we recently lowered our return fees to better accommodate our customers who choose to return their purchases.  


    Again, our apologies for any inconvenience.

    I purchased one item back on 2/25/23 for $129.99 plus $7.99 for shipping. Note I havent purchased anything from Bluefly in over ***** years. So I wasnt aware of their fraudulent return policy. Had I known they would charge me $21.90 to return something that didnt fit, I wouldnt have done business with them in the first place. I cannot think of any retailer that penalizes you for shopping with them. I did attempt to see if Bluefly would provide a solution but nothing. Bluefly demonstrated they dont value their customers and will never shop with them again! Customers beware before shopping with Bluefly. Pay close attention to their return policy. Your better of shopping elsewhere! $12.95 return fee $1 shipping insurance $7.95 outbound shipping
