1 starOrder has not shipped out from date purchased 07/15. I have purchased from them before and they always misrepresent their stock availability! But this time, nothing? And to make matters worse, the contact form on the website is bogus. And if you click for an option for disabled people, it just reroutes you to the same malfunctioning contact us form. If I dont receive a response tomorrow, Ill call the bank. They should understand since I purchased from here before and was refunded. This is really embarrassing for *******. I will not order in the future. Happy to provide my order number, but this stupid form thinks it is a social security number.Bluefly.com, LLC

1 starPoor customer service. I ordered an item off ********************** and it took TEN days to receive. I sent it back but it was out of the window. It was the holiday season and they didnt take into account I didnt get it until 10 days after I ordered it. They pay for the cheapest shipping and make the return window short so you get stuck with their poor merchandises. Stay awayBluefly.com, LLC

As mentioned in our previous communication with you, our extended holiday return policy covers purchases made between November 20th and December 16th, 2024. Returns for these purchases must be initiated by January 15th, ************************** this policy is based on the purchase date, not the delivery date. Since your order was placed outside of this timeframe, it unfortunately does not qualify for the extended return period, regardless of when it was received.
And we understand that receiving an item later than expected can be frustrating, especially during the busy holiday season. While we strive to provide efficient shipping, we can not control the exact timing of carrier deliveries. However, the delivery time does not affect the eligibility for return. The order was purchased outside of our extended holiday return period and we wanted to ensure that this aspect of our policy is clearly communicated.
Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope this clears up the misunderstanding. If you'd like to discuss this further, please dont hesitate to reach out.

1 starI cant say that I have ever experienced less professionally communication with a businesses customer service before. I received a shipment that did not contain 2 items that were supposed to be included in a shipment. I immediately reached out to Bluefly customer service. While they were prompt, + It was obviously a human I was communicating with, +. First, they put they asked me to prove it, which was hard to do. When I stated that I would have no other option than to file a dispute with my credit card company (which is the next step in a situation where a vendor wont resolve an issue) the customer service person got nasty and accused me of attempting to intimidate them. At no point did I write anything aggressive or unprofessional. They claimed they forwarded my lovely email to there vendor. It had me wondering if there is any oversight of Blueflys customer service? Even though the items were eventually refunded I will never do business with them again.Bluefly.com, LLC

Thank you for taking the time to post this review and to provide feedback of our company and our customer service. And our apologies for the issue with your order but since you were making a claim that your package was missing items, a claim needed to be filed with the courier and since you advised the package appeared to have been tampered with, we politely requested images showing the tampering but you refused to comply.
Instead, you threatened us with a chargeback, which is never the best path towards a positive resolution, especially since we advised you that we were working with the vendor on a resolution for you.
Regardless, we issued you a refund on May 14th, 2024 for the items you claim were missing even though you did not provide any proof the package was tampered with or proof items were missing from your shipment.
And you may view not getting your way when you demand something as poor customer service but you should not fault us, or our vendor, because you refused to provide a picture of the package you claim was tampered with and supposedly missing items.

5 starsIts unfortunate that so many people leave negative reviews here. The customer service was incredible and I was talking with someone several times a day via email who was polite and competent and answers all of my questions and concerns. The negative reviews affected my trust in making my purchase but the customer service and quick delivery of my expensive product was very impressive. I will be coming back again and again. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews. Most people only take the time to complain and not to rave about good service.Review fromShawn K

1 starWow , its not a surprise that so much people have an issue with bluefly . They are notorious for poor and rude customer service hence why they dont have a phone number and you have to email them . A few months ago I purchased a pair of sneakers for $400. I was never given the option to upgrade the insurance on the package . A few days later the packages said it was delivered but to my surprise that was not accurate. It was never delivered. After emailing **** and finding out bluefly only insured $100 on a $400 I was out of luck. After I contacted **** to find out they delivered to the wrong address and that bluefly is responsible.. After contacting bluefly with on going emails of just being berated on email I just decided to leave it be. Its very unprofessional how the customer service agents speak to customers, belittling and mocking people through emails . I will never shop theyre again and I think customers should be aware of purchasing anything from them. Just look at the other examples from other reviews. I never dealt with a company like bluefly with poor customer service and poor business practices. Im actually surprised theyre still in business. I know they will lie in the response which I can tell theyve done with the other reviews. I truly believe every bad review on their business.Bluefly.com, LLC

Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:19 am on January 11, 2024 in **********************.Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but we tried to assist you multiple times and advised you the procedure was to reach out to **** to conduct a missing mail search, but instead you chose to file a chargeback and this BBB complaint rather than follow the necessary steps to have a search conducted on the package you claim was not delivered.
So even though you may view not getting your way when you demand something as poor customer service, we assure you that we always do whatever we can to assist our customers if an issue arises. 1 starI ordered an item and above is the order number. I have been emailing back and forth to the company regarding item which shows as delivered but its not delivered to my mailbox by ***** They should send me out replacement which normally companies would do but they are not ready to take liability of anything and asked me to get in touch with **** and get it sorted. Is it my responsibility to spend time to sort this issue? Its such an inconvenience already, I spent my money to buy this item and now I should look for this item since its lost by company which you use ??I should be sent replacement item and you should be investigating why this happened rather than leaving customer in limbo.Thanks *******Bluefly.com, LLC

Thank you for taking the time to voice your complaint and our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience. ******** has confirmed your item was delivered in your mailbox at 12:28 pm on November 28, 2023 and once a package has been confirmed as properly delivered, it becomes the property of the addressee and neither the merchant nor the courier are responsible for any loss that *** occur after the delivery.
But we know that sometimes there are mistakes and packages can be misdelivered so the process to move forward is to reach out to **** directly and submit a missing mail search. We provided you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the search so **** can do an investigation yet you refuse to follow the procedure and instead chose to file a complaint with the BBB which is no help whatsoever.
If you still have not found your package and believe there was an error, you must report the mail as missing and **** will conduct an investigation and email you the results.

1 starIt is the worst business I have encountered. Their website is fraudulent and gives inaccurate website descriptions. This happened multiple time. The item was the wrong size and damaged. Specifically, on those items they put no returns. My last purchase involved a dress that was clearly listed as one size fits all however when I received the dress it was a size 0. I contacted them about this and they said that I cannot order from their website anymore instead of taking responsibility. There are disrespectful and a complete scam.Bluefly.com, LLC

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review but there is nothing fraudulent about our website and what you are saying is completely false.
Every item we sell clearly advises to use our size and conversion guide to assure proper sizing. But you failed to do so and you ordered the wrong size and since the item was a final sale item, it was not eligible for return.
But even though you made an error and ordered the wrong size and the item didn't fit, we still provided you with an RMA and a prepaid return label to return the non returnable item at our expense so your accusations are undeserved. On the contrary, most people would consider that exceptional customer service.

1 starBluefly is a RIPOFF company ,I purchased a pair of shoes and never received the merchandise, was given a ********* tracking number which **** confirmed,reached out to bluefly via email about not being able to track my merchandise and was never contacted, FRAUD COMPANY ,I'm a shopper !! Due to the increase in labor and shipping costs as well as costs associated with loss due to package theft, the return fees are necessary and allow ** to continue to offer such low prices on the items we sell.
But even though there has been an increase in our costs, we recently lowered our return fees to better accommodate our customers who choose to return their purchases.
