    ****** was extremely rude to me, we had requested our account be cancelled and months later discovered that we were still being charged and when it was brought up that we were still being charged, I was told I was "back tracking" and a liar. I had the receipts to back it up, and that's when ****** started calling me "nasty" and a "name caller" when he was the only being nasty and calling me names. I would absolutely stay away from this company, they use shady business tactics and are rude to their customers.

    Absolutely the worst! Buyer beware, Where do I start. o I start with the unauthorized credit card charges or with the owners response in a text telling me to F... myself can calling me a jerk off and an A**** For the record I called my bank reported the fraudulent charges and I am filing reports with the federal trade commission and the **** of consumer affairs. I'm sure I'm not the 1st. The owner is abusive and a fraud read the other reviews on this gut and his many other suspect companies Can I leave stars in the negative integers?

    We have documents proving Mr. ****** signed up for our services and clicked to accept the terms and conditions including the termination fee which he is claiming is "unauthorized". They will be provided to his bank and any other entities he has chosen to complain to. The fact is Mr. ****** came to us because many of his clients gave him bad reviews his  ****** page. You can go to his ****** page and see for yourself I have attached the link with copies of the reviews. Here are a few samples: ********************* "the worst attorney..."*************************** "This man is a fraud".... *************************** "the worst representation ever"....This is just a few the rest are attached. The fact is Mr. ****** had a 3.0 rating with ****** when he signed up with us and now has a 3.9 using our service. I have all the records of over ****** emails sent out on his behalf to improve his rating and the proprietary products/links/content we placed on his pages to improve his rating and SEOI value. I will be happy to send the entire file to anyone who wants to see it. The fact is Mr. ****** is trying to bully and intimidate  into not charging him the termination fee he agreed to and therefore has written this review and made this complaint. It has no merit. I have attached his reviews from ****** and our mailing records.

    Purchased their service Five Star Reviews in January 2021. At first they were fine. They became unresponsive in January 2022. We cancelled service but they continued to charge the credit card. Cancelled the credit card they were charging and that got their attention. They became very responsive with their reps calling and dropping a bunch of f-bombs and other lively words

    The business ******************* ****** was a client for over 2 years. Their credit card  was no longer working. When we called to get an updated card their secretary was rude and hung up on ** several times. We have no record of them cancelling the service per the terms they accepted. This firm had bad reviews from other clients and that's why they hired **. It's obvious why they have bad reviews from their customer. It's them not us.

    AGREED. VERY RUDE. VERY IMMATURE. MOST OF ALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!After my boss replied to their email, informing them he wishes to cancel the renewal, they decided to send a very unprofessional email to my boss informing him that "his secretary is a bitch!". How would you like to do business with a company like that??? Cursing out your valuable employees in an email!?!?! Don't waste your time with this company; all they do is take your money and treat you like garbage if you cancel.
