      I hired Bright Builder LLC on January 4, 2025, and by April, the project had turned into a complete disaster. After three months of missed deadlines, poor communication, and disorganization, ***** abruptly canceled the contract on April 7. He claimed the original estimate was inaccurate and demanded more money to complete the job, even though he had already agreed to the scope and pricing. It felt like a classic bait and switch.What I later found out is that ***** doesnt even have a crew. He relied entirely on his partner, ****, who also failed to deliver on multiple promises. They were not aligned at all, and even disagreed with each other during a call I was on. That was a major red flag.Almost every week, it was the same story. ***** hadnt checked his email, changed plans without notice, or failed to follow through on what he promised. I had to babysit him daily just to keep things from falling apart, including being asked to measure the property damage myself, which was absolutely not my job.Then came a surprise $1,000 charge for an engineer visit, even though the engineer later confirmed he wasnt charging anything.After six months of waiting, the trusses finally arrived, with the wrong measurements, because ***** gave the engineer incorrect specs. No ownership, no accountability, just constant deflection and delays.This entire ordeal has cost me a great deal of money and time. In my experience, this was one of the most poorly managed construction projects Ive ever encountered. I strongly advise others to avoid Bright Builder LLC and save themselves the stress. There is no integrity with this company.
