      Contractor was paid ****** to complete several jobs since 9/11/2022. He placed a folding door that isnt fully installed stating that the reason why he cant finish it is because it came damaged ? I have been trying to get him to finish it specially since I dont want anything to happen to my home by any hurricanes etc. Without a resolution. Every time I call he blames the manufacturer of the door and not the fact that the door was fine until his workers forced it and broke it

      Hi BBB, 

      I reference to the customers project ****** *******  and their complainant  regarding  the installation of the Bio folder exterior door.  The door arrive on site from the supplier out of true. I reach out to the supplier and manufacture to provide a repair or replacement of the door. I tried to reach them on multiple occasion but have not been able to get any response or a resolution. Additionally one of my team member went to the site to attempt to repair and complete installation of the door which was not working properly base on the door arriving damage from the manufacturer. The Worker then proceed to crack glass and make the condition door worse and cause more damage. I went out to the Job site in person to observe the issue and determine what do to repair the door after  our attempt to resolve the situation.  Upon further investigation and seeing  the current condition of the door.  We informed the customer Husband ***** we will need to order the customer a new door at this point. The door is special order. Which needs to be Imported from ****** and this procees may take 1-2 month. I am doing everything I can to resolve this situation for this customer. Now I have started to work with the supplier to order a new replacement door. I understand the customer Complaint however it is not they are stating that I have been work hard to resolve the issue with a supplier who not be responsive. I continue to take corrective action. Lastly regarding the Amount of the complaint those number are not accurate that amount is for the entire amount of the project that was completed. The  dispute amount is only for the door. Customer is not providing accurate information.
