Working with Grit & Gains Society was the single worst business experience I’ve ever had.

I hired them for what was pitched as a “performance partnership.” What I got instead was a cycle of missed deadlines, subpar content, hostile communication, and finally, threats when I dared to dispute the charges.

Here’s the reality behind their hype:

Missed Deadlines, Rewritten History – They promised UGC videos within 10–12 business days. Instead, weeks went by with excuses and resets. Only when pressed did they try to retroactively rewrite the timeline and pretend they’d been “on time” all along.

Low-Effort Deliverables – After all the delays, the final videos looked like they were shot and edited in a weekend. Zero polish, zero strategic value, and nowhere near the level of quality they spent so much time hyping.

Hostile, Abusive Communication – When I asked for accountability, I was insulted in writing. I was called a “Karen”, accused of “sabotaging my own campaign,” and lectured about “loyalty” and “leadership” — as if I should feel honored to even be their client. Their founder ranted about brotherhoods, war metaphors, and why I should respect them, instead of addressing the actual problem: late, bad work.

Intimidation Over Resolution – When I formally requested a refund, they responded not with professionalism but with threats: “collections,” “arbitration,” and demands to send them money by Zelle. They even cited a “no chargeback” clause — which is meaningless in consumer law — to scare me into dropping my dispute.

Outcome? My Bank Sided With Me. – I filed a chargeback with my credit card company, submitted all the evidence, and the bank refunded me in full. That should tell you everything you need to know.

This is not a marketing agency. It’s a hype machine built on inflated promises, fragile egos, and aggressive intimidation when you push back.
