I paid for GritandGains to help expand my website and make content for me. The initial payment was 1500 for the initial pay to start. Then they were not doing much for me just some meetings. It was a month then I asked them why haven’t they done much to help me. They said I only got the starter package. They asked me to upgrade to a higher tier. I as a gullible customer said ok. Then they charged me 1000 for that. After a month of waiting again and as before there wasn’t anything done. So now I don’t want anything to do with them and want my money back, they have paperwork saying they do not give refunds, but if you haven’t received a product or program isn’t that fraud or a scam? I did not sign documents but they have documents with my fake signature on them. That is not my hand writing. As I am writing this I just got another payment taken out again for 300. I am going to cancel that card in my bank. I would like my 2800 dollars back please.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/18/2025

    Response to Complaint ID: 23690709

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

We respectfully submit this response to the complaint filed by Mr. *** ********. His claims are factually inaccurate and misrepresent the nature of his agreements with our company.

Signed Agreements (with IP & City Verification)

Mr. ******** digitally signed two separate agreements via PandaDoc:
    An initial $1,500 package agreement.
A subsequent $2,800 upgraded package agreement.

Both PandaDoc records show matching IP addresses and the same city, confirming that Mr. ******** personally executed these agreements. Any claim that his signature was forged is demonstrably false.

    Services Delivered

Our team actively delivered services as contracted. Discord chat records (his username: Happy-Killmore) clearly show Mr. ******** engaging with our staff, scheduling meetings, receiving setup support, and confirming campaign launches. For example:
June 18–25: He confirmed his TikTok Business Center and Ads Manager were fully set up and running.
June 24: He shared product designs with our team for ad scripts.
June 27: He submitted his intake form and analytics, which our team acknowledged.
July 4–7: He reported issues with TikTok banning his accounts (due to TikTok’s own platform enforcement), and our team advised and supported him in appeals and shifting to alternative platforms like Meta and Shopify.
These interactions confirm services were being provided and progress was being made toward campaign launches.
    Refund Policy
Mr. ********’s agreements explicitly state that setup fees are non-refundable. This policy exists because our company invests substantial time and resources upfront in strategic planning, account setup, content development, and campaign preparation—all of which were provided in this case.
    Unauthorized Payment Claim
The $300 charge he references was not unauthorized. It was part of his upgraded agreement, which he signed and acknowledged.

    Conclusion
Mr. ******** signed binding agreements, received substantial services, and actively participated in the process. His allegation of fraud is unsubstantiated. For this reason, his demand for a refund of $2,800 is not supported by the facts or the contracts he executed.
We request that this complaint be closed as “Answered – Business Provided Evidence of Services.”

    Sincerely,
    Grit & Gains Society LLC
