      Jason from TAP called me almost immediately after filling out the "request for quote" information online. Jason was pleasant, knowledgeable and appeared to be most helpful in getting me additional discounts. Jason answered all of my questions without hesitation or need to confer with his coworkers. I would have given this review a 4.5/5 stars if that would have been an option. The only downfall is that you have to pay for the entire cost upfront; monthly payments would have been a plus. Additional downfalls are that upon reading this review page, I see that TAP is not BBB accredited and that the negative review was quite damaging; I hope that I do not experience any hiccups, negativity or non-response from TAP if and when I need to file a claim. Jason came off like the claim process is easy and that with TAP, I can be at ease with my vehicle coverage and warranty experience. Fingers crossed.

      As I'm a new customer with a 2019 truck being covered I have no experience regarding a claim as of yet. My truck is a winter vehicle only and I like the ability to suspend coverage when the truck sits in my drive way going no where. I'm not expecting any future issues. Time will tell!

      I purchased your product two weeks ago.



      John told me after receiving my payment a copy of the coverage would be Emailed to me within two days. I have not received anything yet. Sure would like to know what's going on.

      I recently purchased a warranty on my Camry Hybrid and have not had reason to submit a claim to TAP so I cannot comment on that aspect of their service. Purchasing my warranty was a straightforward and simple process and Jason was very helpful in explaining the policy features and the sign-up process. Based upon my experience thus far I am very pleased with TAP. I only hope that if I ever need to file a claim for auto repairs that my experience will be equally satisfactory.
