    This product misleads job seekers into believing their are receiving a product that will assist them with finding work. It’s all a scam and they know they aren’t delivering to their customers. Do not sign up. I asked for a refund and Mike Martin their head of customer support refused and pushes back with lengthy emails which describe how he isn’t going to refund and even offers a free month (what exactly is that going to do when there is no value?)

    It took me a while to figure out how to “use” Intch — it’s not a marketplace in the usual sense. But once I realized it’s more about showing up and sharing what you do, it clicked. Support helped me tweak my profile and I started getting replies that made sense. Honestly wish I had found this earlier.

    I gave myself a month to try Intch and decide if I’d keep the subscription. Verdict: staying. It’s not only about the leads — although I did get one client — but the overall vibe. Like, I’m actually excited to check the app in the morning. Whoever’s doing community + UX, they’re doing it right.

    Not shocked to find the same review over and over. Problems accessing my account because of UXUI onboarding flow issues on their backend. Within less than 24h after being charged for a month subscription that I signed up for from a Meta ad, I wasn't able to access the platform at all, and requested a cancellation and full refund. My request is more than valid, considering I never even used the product or accessed the platform. After almost a dozen back and forth emails with a support member, they continued to refuse a refund citing a subpoint in their T&C. Terrible customer support and user experience for this business. I contested the charge with my cc card company to try to recover my $22.99. What a horrible experience.

    Same story as most on here. I wish I would have read this first. They charged me twice in 1 day. I've written emails and cancelled my account. Today I have another charge. ??

    My story is the same as so many others. Exchange emails with one of their employees who of course denied my refund. I think it is time for people to think about a class action lawsuit.

    NEGATIVE STARS!!!
    They charge you only to find out their “service” is garbage and refuse a refund after just a couple hours using them!! The cc charge is still pending!!! And they refuse to refund. Pure garbage.

    Asks you to purchase up front before gaining access to the app or service. Then, the app is so glitchy that you can't even access the service. It is advertised as if you can easily explore side gigs, but to browse jobs, you must add a location and language to your profile. However, that functionality doesn't work, so I can't even use it or its main purpose.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Intch, Inc. Their service agreement is misleading — I was unexpectedly charged $49.99 without any advance notice or reminder. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund, which felt dishonest and unprofessional.

    Their platform also fails to deliver on its promises. It’s marketed as a place to find contract work, but most of the job listings are standard W-2 employment, just like any other generic job board. Nothing about the service is unique or worth the cost. I would not recommend it.
