    On August 7, 2025 I came across the advertisement for Intch and clicked on it to read further. The steps walked you through to get setup so you can see what it has to offer. It went directly into charging before you even get access to the product. Realizing that I have been tricked into ordering instead of just viewing, I immediately looked up the website to find the contact information to cancel. No confirmation email was sent that you have placed an order. No email was sent to confirm you have any account of any sort. It just mysteriously charged you. The email I received when asked to refund the charges, I was quoted some policy which was not presented during the process.

    If I don't receive a refund I'll dispute with my bank and filing for fraud.

    I want to share my experience with a company called INTCH, which I believe is highly misleading and predatory in its business practices.

    When I signed up, they advertised roles that matched my skills and interests, including Canva design, copywriting, and other creative jobs. But once I joined, the experience was completely different. The platform claimed to create a personalized career path based on the information in my profile and their available jobs. Instead, I was shown listings that had nothing to do with my background or preferences.

    Even though I clearly stated that I was only interested in U.S.-based roles, most of what I saw were international jobs or posts from people looking for work, not offering it. Many of the users posting these jobs had low trust scores, which made the whole platform feel unreliable.

    I spent hours giving thoughtful feedback to train their AI, hoping the results would improve. They didn’t. I kept seeing the same irrelevant listings. After more than a week of back-and-forth with support, they refused to issue a full refund.

    In my opinion, this company uses deceptive advertising to bring people in with promises of legitimate opportunities. Once you’re inside, it becomes clear that it’s not what they claimed. I strongly caution others against spending their time or money on this platform.

    I paid for only a one month subscription ($14.99) to test their platform and they charged me a second month without alerting me of the upcoming charge. I DID NOT subscribe to a second month. It is absolutely fraudulent behavior.
