    I have order from them and have emailed 8 times with no reply. never received the item that I ordered. The phone number is a no working number. Have gone to my bakc to have the charges returned to me.

    I ordered a large pink sweatshirt and a 3XL pink hoodie both a Pikachu patch on the front. After a month an a half I received 2 large black hoodies with a Halloween Stich patch on it. I have emailed MANY times and after a week with no reply they said that they would refund me $5.00 when my order was $75. I am going to assume they just sent those to "get rid of them". I have already filed a complaint with the BBB.

    I ordered a flat screen tv and never received any type of email confirming the order but my credit card was charged. Emailed support and have not hear back. Definitely a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSWIN.COM OR ANSKY COMPANY LIMITED!! 100% S.C.A.M.

    I ordered an ice maker and got a very cheap bracelet now I have been sending emails after emails and nothing has been resolved they keep blaming the wear house worker and saying he will lose his job if I pursue this that is not my problem I have asked for a refund or the product I will not just sit back and be scammed and I will not order from them or anyone else online again this is far from over

    Didn't see these reviews in time. My order: 5/1/22; received 6/3/22. Poor quality and wrong color. I asked for return instructions between 6/7 and 6/15 (over 10 emails) and was not given return instructions. I have turned the matter to PayPal for investigation. This company should never be allowed to do business in the U.S.

    All reviews prior to mine are absolutely accurate. I placed an order for in May 1st and paid for VIP shipping (which promised delivery within 3-7 days) and literally just got my order on June 7th and it wasn’t even what I asked for. I’ve sent 10+ emails to their “support” email and have YET to get a response. My order was so poorly made, I could’ve saved my my money and made it myself. Now I’m out $65 dollars and don’t know what to do with what I recieved because I will NOT be putting it to use. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY LOSE YOUR MONEY AND BE DISAPPOINTED.
