    I placed an order on April 8, 2023 for 4 birdhouses. Payment was received and accepted by the company. I received confirmation emails and eventually a tracking number. I continually checked to see where my package was. I did receive a random package without a company name with a cheap pair of socks but never received my order even after it stated it was delivered to my address. I have emailed the contact email 3 times without a response and the 4th email I tried to send came back as not a valid email address and could not be sent. And when I placed my order it was with “Mysticals” and now it comes up “Knowledge”

    I had purchased a child’s foldable kitchen tower from aglaraa.com on 2/25/2023 and never received the product. They did however send 1 pair of socks and said it was a “gift” while I waited for my order to arrive. I would just like a refund of the original amount of $27.98.

    I placed an order with Tuoria (Ansky company limited) on April 15 2023, shipping is guaranteed 7-10 days after order is placed, I reach out Via email ([email protected]) May 2 2023 for shipping information, and no response, i send another email on may 3 2023 once again asking about shipping information. On May 5 2023 i finally hear back and my order is still sitting in the warehouse. I respond the same day and ask them to please ship it out as i have been waiting over 20 days now. I have yet to get a response back..

    Purchased a Doona car seat/stroller and an electric baby swing and was sent 2 pairs of socks instead! Thought the deal might be too good to be true so I tried to cancel the order 6 hours after purchase but they told me I couldn’t even though the website said you had 12 hours to cancel. Want the products that I paid for!

    My husband ordered a Wall mount cabinet from "Beverley's" thru FB. He did not research - after he told me about it, I researched and found out it was a scam. Tried munerous times to email, call to no avail. Was charged for merchandise, then the next day was charged another amount 3 dollars less in attempts to go unnoticed as a duplicate charge. When trying to follow up on order, used only email provided and came back as non-existent, FAKE. Cannot get a hold of anyone at international number provided. Tracking number was fake, company is fake. Ansky Company Unlimited is scam. Thank goodness for the Credit card company crediting our account - buyers beware! Always research company when trying to order anything from FB, or any other platform!

    Well I ordered some stuff from their site and they delivered me 2 pairs of socks and I have every proof regarding it all. Now I trying to reach them they didn’t respond to my emails.

    I placed an order for a Nativity Deluxe 17-piece Set(Gift Stars and Manger) from this company advertising as Mothersdays. Was I received was 2 pair of socks. I would like a refund of $29.98.

    I ordered these items on Facebook, they sent me a pair of SOCKS!!!! I want my money back from both orders. The post about them was just added to their website. So it’s not just me but other people who ordered from them. They have changed their post to something else. Please stop them from cheating others. I have already notified Facebook. Please help me!!!

    I placed two order for Willow products through Outlets part of the Ansky Company Limited, received two pairs fo sports socks definitely not willow ornaments, would prefer the ornaments but will take a full refund. Socks are too small to wear so useless. I have attached a copy of the emails advising of delivery of both orders

    I placed an order with the company Tarboroy which according to their website is an ansky company limited establishment. My order was placed January 23rd, 2023. I have checked continuously for an update on my order and have seen no updates, so I reached out to the company to request an update. As of today, February 15th, 2023, I have still not received any response. The company has failed to ship out the product that I have already paid for, and further failed to respond to my inquiries.
